The BBC has suspended Jeremy Clarkson following allegations of a fracas with a Top Gear producer.



The BBC2 show will not be broadcast this Sunday [independent.co.uk] while the BBC investigates the allegation.


Clarkson was already on a final warning from the BBC following a string of accusations of racism.


The BBC said: "Following a fracas with a BBC producer Jeremy Clarkson has been suspended pending an investigation. No one else has been suspended. Top Gear will not be broadcast this Sunday. The BBC will be making no further comment at this time."

Clarkson is a douchebag, but he's entertaining. Just let him run the show with Hammond/May and call it a day. It's brilliant television and one of the most watched shows. (Probably the most watched automotive show in the world).

I believe it is actually the most watched show in the world, automotive or not. At least it was for a time, might not be anymore. But yeah I agree he is a moron but incredibly entertaining.

Why would you drop already recorded episodes because an actor has been suspended?

"The suspended actor has already been paid for his work but we aren't going to show it to you because as viewers you should be the ones to suffer."
