It looks like a tornado hit my apartment complex last night. Many trees down, lots of covered parking spots are destroyed. I saw at least 3 cars with broken windows. It's surreal.

I had to step over a tree when I got home this morning.

I would take pictures, but I'm too lazy.

It was so scary, first Slick Deals went down, then the tornado sirens started. I had to get hubby to hold me...and it's not even Saturday night yet! Evil

Happened to me in college. My car (a new used car ~ 2 yrs old) got hammered... as did everyone else's car in town. I ended up taking it to a body shop to get the dings taken out and all but one panel was repainted. Full coverage insurance FTW! Whee

A covered parking spot isn't always the best place to be. That last big storm, a bunch of vehicles were damaged by carports collapsing at a couple of apartment buildings.

got a bit of hail..strong rain and some wind but over all easy compared to the outskirts of town...thank goodness for living in downtown dallas Smilie
did you see the national radar? the damn storm line went from the border of mexico all the way to Chicago.
