graham cracker pie crust shell
low or fat free strawberry cream cheese, softened, and spread in the bottom of the pie shell (helps to keep crust 'dry')
fresh strawberries, sliced and layered into the pie shell
Top with a dream whip/cool whip/whipped cream topping (you can blend in fresh strawberries into the topping to make it strawberry too or use a pudding/berry mixture.
Pretty easy - lower calories - fresh fruit
I am seriously considering opening a brokerage account and moving some of my emergency savings to it in order to do better than what the banks are currently paying.
I'm currently reworking my budget.
I will have my car paid off at the end of the year. I'm debating paying it off early to free up that monthly payment. It will be nice to be rid of that bill each month. I plan to keep the car for some time, given that it can use E85 instead of gasoline. Saturday, E85 was $3.019 per gallon and today gasoline was $3.499 per gallon. That's a difference that makes driving to get E85 worth the trip.
