Don't forget the durex q. Walmart sells the Durex trial "pleasure pack" for $1.78--giving 12 cents overage with the Durex q.

Oh, and the Downy bottles are on sale for $5. Which works with certain q's making it free.... You either know what I mean or you don't, I won't explain it further....
Wont the durex beep though?

I understand your frustration.. I'm also a newbie. I've seen how T accepted my q's in Dec and how they're scrutinized now. Some of the regulars are gone, perhaps underground?? I don't know how many of us there are and what impact that has on T. I want to think it doesn't, but who really knows. I've come to accept that I won't get every deal, but I'm happy with the ones I find. I've never saved this kind of money.

I thought the Chik 'n Nuggets were pretty good. I made some before the coupon expired to see if my son liked them. If he did, I would have bought more. I didn't tell him what they were. He took a bite and said they didn't taste good. He looked at one and said, "it doesn't even LOOK like chicken!" I laughed so hard and said, "that's because it isn't chicken." He just said, "Yea, right" and finished the one he was eating. I never did tell him they were vegetarian. laugh out loud
I've given up trying to teach people too. One teacher at school is going through a divorce and I told her that I coupon heavily to make ends meet since I'm a single mom too. I gave her coupons from Target and explained what to do. I also gave her a few message board websites and the coupon generator site. A few weeks later I asked her how she was doing, and her reply was, "I'm too busy to look for coupons. If you find a good deal can you just print me out a few coupons?" My response to her was "You can give a woman coupons and she can get good deals for that day, or you can teach her where to find the deals and she'll get good deals forever." It didn't matter. She's still too busy. I am too, but I find the time because I KNOW how much money I save.
lol I was sitting back pondering things tonight and it is amazing how much busier I am now that I target. Not only does it take time to follow this thread, cut q's, and shop....i have to work that much harder to be a good mother and wife to keep the dh and dd happy!! I work full-time...sometimes that means 50-60 hours a week and I work weird hours....i don't get to work 9 to 5 mon-fri and spend the weekend with my family...I often work fri, sat, and sun....soooo when people just expect me to do it for them or just want to take my free sh*t it is that much more frusterating to me! I went to T with a friend today and I think she was expecting miracles b/c she just wasn't getting the concept.

I truly truly still can not believe how much money i am saving. Our computer chair broke and I actually had the money to go buy a new one....this rawks!!! lol

At Walmart the q's will ask if it is a valid amount...and I've never had a problem with any of the cashiers!!!

I've been to Walmart, twice now w/ coupons. I haven't run into any problems, so far. They're not pulling things out of my bags which is a plus. The mgr came over and told the cashier to accept everything that scans. I'll have to try a bigger run and see if the results the same. So far, so good. I posted some stuff on the Walmart thread, but no-one goes there.

I'm still waiting on my q's, so I can go back. I had no problems with overages there last week. my bc was 34.xx and oop 6.xx
Do you order q's? I've been ordering q's like crazy lately. I'm ordering q's, I usually don't get. I guess they could be tear pad q's. Do you ever wonder?

For me personally, I prefer cashier intervention at the end of my order. Since the Kandoo BxG1's have historically prompted for price, I stick those last since the "stacking" of $/1 or $/2 will scan right through, I'd rather not bring their attention to the same product even though I have the correct qty. The other way around generally ends up in a $/1 being handed back to me with a "you used too many" even if I didn't.

nod I personally prefer a "smooth" start with q's and potential *beepers* at the end, they are generally tired of scanning by that time LMAO
Iagree

Just wanted to chime in....I use basically the same system. Put the $1 MFQ in the middle of the stack w/BOGO at the end. IMHO, since the BOGO requires cashier "intervention", the cashier is more likely to remember it.

For once I agree with youlaugh out loud I even wonder if some of the people that contribute A LOT here are moles. I PM'd a really good coupon to someone that was suppose to send me something back and I never got it and never heard back when I asked if they used it. Now I'm paranoid what that person is doing with the info I sent them. I hate keeping good deals to myself, so I try to share stuff we aren't suppose to post on the forum....but when you never get a responses from people you think do the deals after you send them something really good, it kind of makes you paranoid. Oh well.
Mmk. That was directed at me, and let me say that I don't always get to my PM's right away, sorry about that. Anyone who's expecting a response right away is probably going to be disappointed, although there are times when I'm quick about it if I do open the link and have a response right away. Sometimes they sit there for a week before I so much as open them, and it can be days after that before I reply - it's just how I am with PM's Dontknow. I understand you sent me something, and I haven't had a chance to do what I was talking to you about doing to it, so there is nothing to send you yet, but if you recall *I* was the one who offered to send it back to you in the first place. Likewise, because I haven't done said thing, I haven't used it, but I do appreciate you taking the time to send it to me, and I did fully intend on sending it back to you upon completion. I'm just lol'ing at the paranoia comments, as I'm sure anyone who knows me is as well. LMAO I kind of like that you alluded to me being a mole though. WATCH YER BACK!!! Rofl2

I'd love to know if the walmart SCO's beep if you have overage....or are you going to a "real" cashier for the durex?

If any of you have stop and shop's in your area they have clearanced the big boxes of orville mini butter bags to 2.14 and the $2 coke/orville q works with no problems. Going back to mine later today to use up my q's.

EEK! laugh out loud Now, mind you everyone, this comes from the chick that sells Target coupons on eBay. Of course she is paranoid...she changed her SD username (svanjones) and also changed her eBay username. (no longer svanjones on eBay.) So....this is no surprise to me that she has such paranoia. If I were her, I would focus my paranoia on my buyers of the coupons I sell on eBay. Those are the people that are going to hurt you the most. Watch out when one of those buyers happens to be a "mole!!" LMAO Oh, and DS7 said "share".....bahhhhhh haaa haaa. I didn't know eBay was about sharing!

ps, whee took about one month to answer one of my PM's. I called the TBI and found out that she was still operating. I was ok with that.

Yeah, sure you were. Didn't you just say you "bought" 300 boxes of Durex? Rofl2 J/K

Iagree I feel as if most of the time everyone else's posts get answered, and mine are "skipped" over. However, I do get a few nice people who PM me. hug

Sells Target cpns on Ebay? Are you kidding me? Seriously, I would report them all.

The Barilla pasta deal:

There were $1 MFQ in last weekends inserts (3/16/08) for Barilla Tortellini which is normally $4.50 or something like that. I used the coupon on the REGULAR PASTA that was priced between $1 and $1.50 and the coupon did NOT beep making the pasta either free or less than $0.50.
Must. Not. Buy. Cpns.
LOL I think I ended up with around 100 boxes of Ronzoni. 95% off it was given to friends and family. I don't think they want more pasta right now. shake head shake head
