RETIRED: Target Chit Chat

First, I know exactly what you mean by the "floofy thing". Ain't no way these puppies are staying in that!

ANY SDers in Florida (particularly Broward) who can tell me of any shelters, etc that are in the area that I can donate to? I don't use Pantene and I need to figure out what to do with all of these things before I plunge in for more, LOL..

In the spirit of some equal time for the guys.

Wow! I was in Target today to pick up some, *ahem*, "GC generating items" and this thread kept running through my mind. As I was wandering through the Menswear department I happened to see a display of boxer-brief underpants (sorry, no Transformers in my size, so I couldn't use the ETQ from 06) and I was unexplicably intrigued... I have always been a "tighty-whitey" guy (although I will wear grey ones if hard pressed & green on St. Patricks day) and I wondered if I had been missing something all these years - so I bought a package. I must say that these things are great! The give me all the support my normal undershorts do, but without so much of that annoying chafing at the legholes that can happen when powerwalking through the wide open expanses of the Big "T" hunting down my littlest pony playsets & shampoo peelies. And guys, they are still roomy enough to let the "boys" breathe or accomodate a good scratching or two while crouching down to retrieve all the clearance goodies you have stashed under strategically placed merchandise!
Tonight, I even tried them out with the infamous "sock technique" as I cruised the Starbucks cafe in the local Super "T" - I must say I got quite a few "looks" from the ladies behind the counter as I saddled up to order my drink of choice. And - this is the best part - the extra bit of "leg length" on the boxer-briefs really holds the sock where you want it to be instead of just having it gravitate towards the middle like other shorts do. I will definitely be wasting some good coupons to buy more of these bad boys - I may even get a red or black pair!

Look in the phone book for abused women's shelters or try Goodwill - they have programs to help people who are "getting back on their feet" and could probably use some free poo's...

And not to be really super gross, but anyone got any tips to make a 2-yr-old boy go #2 in the potty?! We've got the first one down pretty good, but he can't seem to get the hang of the other one! And its not that he's constipated - he's quite regular, almost like clockwork - every day after lunch he has to go. 'Cept for when he's sitting on the pot.

Just want to say hi! I rarely post on Chit Chat but thought I'd give it a go! I pray my peelies come today (from Pretzels). I am dying to go back to Target and I haven't gone since Sunday! And I don't want to go unless my peelies are here dangit! If anyone needs Bounty hangtags, I've got some. Anyone know a good deal to use my $1 Hanes bra coupon on? BTW, in my Shop Smart magazine the Gilligan O(something) bra is number one!!! It beat Victoria's Secret Ipex in a user study!

I bought a C9 (Champion) one on clearance at Target. Best bra ever. I prefer it to my VS ones. Comfy, can't really tell it is there.

So no one knows what this guy means, but everyone uses it? I see.
