Any ideas on how this seasons going to go? The only previews/clips I've seen is Jack wondering around what looks like Arizona, and he answers his cellphone "How did you get this number?" I have no idea what's going to happen... and that's what i love Evil

just watched the finale...

Somebody's gotta say it...

This season sucked!

The action throughout the whole season was much slower than previous seasons...much less drama.

And the ending...10 minutes of talk and no cliffhanger?

bah.

Suddenly it makes sense to just blast a platform offering NO CONFIRMATION that the circuit board is actually destroyed ... and Suberoff agrees?

NO mension of Kim at all???? WTF (is it just because they can't get Cuthburt signed?)

Blah ... wots the point? Way too many gaping holes ... and totally ignoring any semblance to "real-time" - I thought that was one of the main things that USED TO make 24 unique. It was difficult to not actualy get pissed while watching it, it was so bad.

SO full of holes ..... so FULL of holes .... so full of HOLES.... vomit

I am officially dubbing this the Swiss-Cheeseiest season evah!

... the only tiny saving grace was at least they squeesed in a few damn-its.

This season ended up being so weak, VERY disappointing after it started off so strong. The whole show went into a tailspin after they killed off Assad. He was the best character this season.

I think this season's ending was kind of long compared to the previous ones. I was expecting some kind of suspense, like a water splash or a gun shot when the clock reaches 6am but nothing happened.

Anyway, can anyone think of a time when Jack was wrong? I've seen all the seasons but couldn't really recall a single time when someone could tell Jack, "See, I told you..." Jack's always right and it's been going on for 6 days/years already. I still believe he could rule this world if he wants to....

Way too obvious that he'll be back. He probably was wearing a bullet proof vest (remember, he was always prepared for stuff), and jumped into the boat and slipped away.


And I agree with Stimpy. Bad season. I'm glad they'll be re-tooling it for next year.

WTF was that ending? Just staring off at the cliff? I hoped he would jump or do something to merit some excitement. Well, hopefully Rickey Schroeder is gone now, since he's blind. He helps shows jump the shark....This is the worst season EVAR!

Chloe PREGNANT? Who cares? She was a much better character when she was the goofy nerdy Chloe that spoke before thinking and had no social skills..

"I'm at a crossroads?" shoot the writers for that clunker

If Bill retires and Nadia is too screwed up to head CTU...who will be the new boss? Who cares?

Here is one thing I think is very stupid:

How many times is Jack going to break laws, pull guns on agents, knock agents out, steal helicopters and trucks from CTU, steal bomb components, hold a gun to the Sec Def's head, etc before he is finally put behind bars? They need to keep it somewhat believable. Otherwise, just give Jack superpowers and make it a sci-fi show.
