My sons fiberboard (?/insulation) chicken head we made last year. Gruelling work but a "bonding experience", very few expletives were used and only one or two minor burns along the way!

Favorite halloween costume (your own or someone else's)
They have a firm peanut butter core and it's covered in a crunchy sugar candy shell which is sort of like ribbon candy only not as hard, it splinters when you bit into it. I HATE peanut butter but these things are just amazing. Got some in my trick or treat basket as a kid and have loved them ever since then. They sell them at Walgreen's Drug Stores here but YMMV. I usually could find them at convenience stores when we lived in Texas, they sell them in small bags, the kind that hang on a hook in the candy aisle.
