The website wouldn't let me submit the form more than once-after printing out 1 form with the confirmation number, I get an error that I've reached the max submissions. ?? Last year, you could do it multiple times and get different confirmation numbers. I guess maybe that suggests it's okay to send in the same form, copied, in your 4 separate envelopes?

Taken from the official rules: "mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope (VT residents may omit return postage) with your name, street address (no PO Boxes), age, daytime telephone number legibly hand printed to:"
Last year, for handwritten submissions, I stuffed each envelope with a SASE, along with a separate sheet of paper with the name/address/age/number info. Rules said the same as this, according to the 2014 thread, so I guess I'll do the same!

FWIW, last year I sent in 4 entries for 3 people in my household and received all 12 cards back! Most were $5, but there were also a $15 and and a $25!

I just meant the info they need. I see it is posted before me though by Rastaman, so I removed form my post as it is redundant. I defer to the better post.

It is a little vague in the rule, but I will hand print all the info they want on a piece of paper and hand print the return SASE. (AFAIK they don't require an index card-correct me if that is stated somewhere please).
I would definitely include the paper, as you would need to include the printed entry from their site if you do it that way.
BTW, I am reading the rules, and noticed participants must be 18 years or older. I submitted for 2 minors online so they go in the trash now. D'oh!

I believe last year, I was able to do 4 separate entries and print 4 different confirmation codes. This year, it looks like only 1 submission is allowed, so I would assume we printout 4 of the same confirmation codes?

Yeah, I'm getting the stupid error after 1 submission as well. I assume nobody will really be able to "confirm" anything. Seems we have two choices:

1) Print it out and fill in by hand. This was fine in the past, and I assume it's fine again.
2) Take a chance by sending the same confirmation 4x. Probably fine as well, but the conf # parts makes me hesitant.

I'm going with #1. My GUESS (and it's only a blind guess) is BW3 is using the online submission form to create a "profile" for each person who plans to submit. That's why they only allow one submission. They can then pull you up by phone number (likeliest) or name and address when you send additional entries.

Anyone know if it matters whether you print vs handwrite the addresses on the envelopes?

I know have to handwrite the personal info if you're doing it that way.

Well, we'll see. I don't see an "or" in that sentence, so I take it to mean that four per person living in a household at that address. Otherwise, why not just say limit 4 per address? But, these are as clear as mud and YMMV if you try to send more than 4...

Last year I hand wrote everything just to be safe. It paid out in the end. Doesn't hurt to just do it so you're worry free.
4 per house.

Also 4 per person (same pertain can't submit for multiple addresses).

FYI,
I was able to complete the form again & get a second confirmation code. About 5 hours after the first time that I did it.

Was able to do all 4 on the website.
