Apparently my ex decided while I was waiting to move to Florida and start our life together, it would be a good idea to join various online dating sites--using my money of course. We had a joint account (I know, I'm stupid) and I was putting a little money in each week to save for the move and whatnot. I didn't bother checking on it because I had no reason to worry right? Well $3,000 later and dating websites and whatnot, I found out how dumb and wrong I was.
I just keep smacking myself on the head...I'm totally one of those stupid women you see on Dr. Phil and Oprah who go on and on about all the money they were taken for and whatnot...luckily I got sick of his bullcrap and ended it. And before I could close the account, he sucked it dry...
SO I have just been busy feeling sorry for myself and whatnot, and I still havent gotten the internet (or cable tv) started at the apartment...because there is just other stuff I've done instead...but sooner or later I will have both and will be able to chat again.
Thanks to everyone for helpful PMs with random deals that I would have missed out on otherwise, and thanks to my Target shopping buddies keeping me up to date with Qs (andreasss and smurphy)....
NOW back to work!

I met with Pretzels last night. 1st of all I am jealous, she is young, tall and thin!
She is such a nice preson. We went to Ruby Tuesdays for dinner and the outlet mall. She picked up a few cute outfits for her niece. I so want my next baby to be a girl, so I can buy cute girly clothes!
Anyway we chatted about q's and Target,and how much stuff we have.
I had a good time and hope she did good. She will be back just in time for the after Christmas sales!
I live only 3 hrs from her, so will be meeting her the next time I go to Chicago. Then, I'm carting back a trailer-full of Joint Juice that Pretzels has bought for me. Also, I will be raiding her pantry for goodies!

I have the coupons, but probably not the stock like you and Pretzels. She has many Targets around her, so we can spend the WHOLE weekend Targeting.
My family will probably leave me behind in Chicago if they can't find me that weekend. At least, I won't starve and will be cleaned with all my purchases.

For what it's worth, I haven't had trouble with this Q yet, and I've just used the newer version of it at the SCO. I never used to cover the right barcode of any of my Qs. But after reading of all the troubles, I figure "better safe than sorry"! This week I began doing just as smrtshppr42, covering the right code with my fingers. My technique is just to grab the Q and place my index and middle fingers over the right code, and then I scan the Q face down. It's easy and has worked fine. One of our SCOs is so sensitive that it will read something from afar, so I have to be careful when holding my stack of Qs!
