Pretzels, with all the peelies in your suitcase, I wonder what the airport security will think if they ever search YOUR bags? EEK!

No worse than the arseloads of cleaning supplies I have brought back on the past two trips. They were probably thinking "what the heck is she going to do - clean the plane". Sometimes I feel like I should bring cleaning supplies! Smilie

I would have loved to have that handivac in my suitcase and field the questions - you could definitely have some fun with that one!

I will say that last weekend I bought 2 glade candles and one glade spray - put both glade candles first on the belt and the glade spray at the end. I was using one bogo glade candle q and one bogo glad spray q. I was hoping the first q (glade spray) would auto adjust for my glade candles, which it did and the 2nd q (glade candle) would auto adjust for my 2nd glade candle or beep for price (which I would then tell him the price of the glade candle to input). But the 2nd q - glade candle - auto adjusted and removed the glade spray. So, I'm wondering if maybe it would be better to put the lowest cost item (the one you would least want auto adjusted) 2nd. I didn't have any other coupons to attach to the glade candle that didn't auto adjust so that isn't what caused it.

I did that on Sat with febreeze, I had two big ones and a small one and put the smaller/cheaper one last and it took off the price for the cheapest one.
So when doing multiples (say 3 ) and using bogo's for each except last DO put the cheapest item last or DON'T put the cheapest one last? I'm confused!

Or I could just buy all 3 the same and save my sanity! laugh out loud

THE SAME MONITOR THAT IS $18.89 IN IL IS $33.49 HERE!!!! EEK! and that's why you aren't finding any you can get for overage. That totally sucks!
Thanks Pretzels! I guess that means I have A LOT of coupons to use in trades for the next year. laugh out loud

Ya know...one small, tiny part of me, hopes this GC deal is not for real. I don't think I can take an entire month of the questions. Head Bang

can someone help me figuring this out...

price of item qty

27.99 2
13 2
5.xx 2

use 5 bogo...what product with no attached q will i be left with in the end ...trying to work out a deal....KWIM Smilie

replying to my own question i think the system works like this....in the above scenario
system will take the price of the highest item as base price and for each bogo compare price with base price....(assuming all products are in same family code)....so in my eg above 27.99 is taken as base price and for each bogo the system will deduct either 27.99 or lesser than that (bcoz q says bogo free item of equal or lesser price).....so in the end i will be left with one product with no q attached and that will be for 27.99......hope this makes sense....pretzels or someone experienced can correct me if wrong....i made this logic from coding point of view....

item 1 27.99 taken as base price
2 27.99 deducted as equal to base price
3 13 deducted as less than base price
4 5.xx deducted...

left with 27.99......in nutshell if you have items with varying prices of the same family code, and using bogo, you will left with highest priced item in the end.....ufff

The airlines allow one carry on and one personal item on the plane. You can also check one bag for each person. Do you have kids you can check bags for? I travel, but don't buy too much on the road. I mainly clearance and peelie hunt.

I have, however, bought things like granola bars and fruit snacks. Take them out of the boxes and you can fit a whole bunch in a suitcase.

Pssst......She didnt buy any granola bars or fruit snacks when she was shopping with me, it was baby clothes and shoes!!

I would say that whatever item is scanned first is the one that you will end up "paying" for - the register should look for one that you bought and then take off the price of the next one that would quality for the coupon. I would try this and put the $5 item first. I don't know though - probably even varies by store.
