A fun little word that I've had to learn in the last week.

Guess who is going in for surgery number 13? laugh out loud
At least I think it's 13.. I kind of lost track along with body parts..but this time I get some shiny new parts added like metal cage and screws.. Whee

Anyone have experience with this? Do tell...

Thanks aces... I took a nice nap yesterday laugh out loud I rarely take naps.. I have to reeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaly need one to do that..like be really sick or ..well since the surgery just needing to let my bones do what they need to do.

I am feeling ok today.

A week ago Sat I slipped (not fell just slipped) and tweaked my back ..felt it right where the new metal is) and was extra sore all week.
took it easy this weekend and it seems to be a bit better. Starting PT on Wed.

I know, it's a really dumb question, but are you staying sufficiently hydrated? You're out there in some of the worst heat in the country, and need all the fluids you possibly can to help rebuild and heal those areas. heart

Yeah... for many years I have been sure to drink lots of water... always have a bottle of water going. Thanks for thinking of me though Smilie hug
