Just a heads up that CowBoom [cowboom.com] is no more and it will now be Best Buy Outlet.

F*** BB. Hate BB even tho i have a BB branded cc.

all my laptops and tablets came from cowboom using auctions or stacked coupons, listed as fair condition, looked perfect when received. also some smartphones headphones smartwatches. easy return on a laptop i didnt like.

only hope is if BB does good deals on Ebay now. BB sux. BB Outlet sux, they think we wanna pay 10% off MSRP for open box and returns, and they make searching the site for actual deals impossible even if you are hoping for a decent price.

once in a while i get $5 blu-rays from BB. found an unadvertised 1/2 price Brother sheet feed duplex scanner there, way less than amazon warehouse, but basically, BB is so bad it's not worth checking the site unless a BB price makes it to FP here.

dear BB executives, hope you all lose your jobs. love you so much!

Glad I got in when I did. My first transaction was just the other day. Bought a used PS4 that I just got today. Would have never found one in as good of shape for the price anywhere else.

Yeah, just got a tracking number a few minutes ago (still not in UPS system, yet)

Glad I made my purchase when I did. I was holding off to see if I wanted to also order a MacBook (I needed one that could run El Capitan), but ended up getting one a bit cheaper on Friday through Craigslist (didn't even get mugged in the process! bounce)

So very sad... I bought 3 laptops, a Windows 8 Insignia Tablet, Sony HD Camera, and an iPhone 4S at awesome prices from them. Everything looked pretty much new and still works great. My last $200 HP AMD A10 laptop still has an 8 month manuf. warranty on it. I too loved checking out the new Deal of the Day before going to bed. Thanks for the memories and the fun branding/marketing/cool website name. It was also nicely laid out and easy to navigate with a focus on electronics/videogames. I'm going to miss you. The BestBuy Outlet lacks the cool factor and great prices. I doubt I will be buying much if anything from that site. And yes I knew Cowboom was owned by BestBuy.

Well there you have it. They are selling on Ebay. All the same items we looked for right there. Prices are terrible. All BIN listings. They list as pre0owned -open box-re-certified- geek certified-refurbished. here is a laptop listing I was buying on cowboom for $229 now over $300

Prolly made like upwards of $1200 in profit reselling those all in craigslist. Will miss cowboom and the late Thursday night alerts from SD. Frown

That Best Buy Outlet pricing is terrible. BBO pricing is much higher than what Cowboom charged, Best Buy is going to be left with a lot of old stock in their warehouses if they don't come back to reality.

Looks like Cowboom is dead and buried. Sad... one week after the supposed "moove" and still no stock on BBO, not a single change, not even a notice like "Welcome Cowboom fans!" or something like that.

Best Buy - You SUCK!

Not a single deal on best buy outlet and its thursday today, maybe they post something tonight. really disappointed that so many of us were loyal cowboy customers and we don't even get a one time discount at BBO or any email notice. This whole transition just sucked. Cowboom and team u will be missed.
