Open only to legal residents of AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MN, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, RI, SD, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY, who are thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of participating. (See Appendix A at the bottom of these Official Rules for specific residency eligibility requirements by "Retail Account", as defined therein).
