I'm sure it's been mentioned and buried but extended warranty benefit goes away next month which sucks
Uhh yeah I have an Amex, this is not true lol
I'm sure citi fought hard in the bidding process to beat Amex to get the Costco account. Part of the terms were probably to offer better benefits for the customer....

Received the card in the mail today. Activated but wasn't able to link it to my existing citi online account. Called customer service and was told that I will not be able to link the card until after 6/20. Just FYI.

Hmm, I still haven't received the new card. I wonder how long it takes to send them all out?

Best guess would be sometime after the 20th.

I've seen a kiosk with computers set up at my local costco with a big banner for the costco visa. I assumed they were letting members apply there, but wasn't real interested in talking to them.

Trying to figure out if it's worth going with the Citi Visa or another Visa card. Also, probably like most of us, been getting offers from Amex. Tempted to get another Amex for grocery shopping, 3% on the Bluecard with no annual fee.

Received my card yesterday, and noticed that it's a contactless card. Sweet!

That being said, I hope my info doesn't get stolen lol. Anyone know if RFID skimming is a real thing? Do cards nowadays encrypt data?

did anyone else have information change in the transition? they added my middle initial to the card, when it is not on the costco amex or my other citi card, and it had the additional cardholder's phone number instead of mine.

Everything stayed the same for us, except Amex used my wife's middle name whereas Citi used middle initial.

I've always wondered why they're issuing separate/different numbers for additional card holders. Aside from the recently replaced Target Red Card and the credit cards through Costco (both Amex and now CITI), none of our cards we have different numbers for the authorized users.

It might be a card issuer preference. I have another Visa card and both I and my AU have the same card number (and CVV.)

Even AmEx does slightly separate card numbers at times. Our Blue cards have different last five, as do our BCE cards.

How do you check credit limit? Or should I assume it will be the same as the AMEX?

Also it's good to know for Chase Freedom card holders that they will be giving 5% CB at wholesale clubs through the rest of 2016. Can't go wrong with that!

Same CL that you have with AMEX.

There was a line on the page the cards came stuck to that should tell you credit limit. mine was, and it seems as if most others are the same limit as the amex had.
