Why thanks hon. You know what, 10 years ago I made a decision to be in this industry, hard to break out of it now. When the kid is a bit older, I'm considering school at nights so I can do what ArielA does. healthcare was a hobby for a while but I'm out of time with the baby around, would be nice to do that full time. But working nights doing that would be the only way because of the shift differential. So I don't know, I have a pretty normal life now, made much better by the SD Target deals thread so would be tough to make a change. Just stinks when I'm away from the kid.

Been traveling for years. Used to be no issues but with fuel costs, flights are being cut and passengers are suffering. My flights are cancelled/delayed more than on time.

Which ETQ are you using for the FP toys?? I have been getting Thomas toys for a friend and LPS for my older dd, but no much for the baby. It would be nice to have a little something for her when she got off the plane!

I don't think I even got 4 hours of sleep last night, I'm dead freakin tired and dd and dh are both taking naps but I can't because I have to finish this stupid project for work on my FREAKING DAY OFF!! I have to have it off to ups by 7 and dh made dinner plans with friends for tonight (without freakin asking me by the way) and I have to at work at 8 in the morning, which I'm totally not used too...I generally work nights. I'm just really tired and frustrated with work. Tired of working on my days off, tired of crazy hours....really is it freakin necessary to go see indiana jones at 11:30 at night?? I don't think so!

i placed the order last week and havent recieved anything, not even a shipment mailed notice or anything
I ordered mine during Memorial Day weekend. I got an email saying that it would be sent on Wednesday instead of Tuesday because they had a power outage on Tuesday morning. I still haven't received my order nearly 2 weeks later. I know that quite a few people on the west coast haven't gotten their orders either. I am starting to think that the post office that all the west coast orders got routed through got suck of the face of the earth by a tornado or got flooded or something. So I called USPS and they said that they would be able to figure out what post offices the order would have been routed through BUT I need the postmark zipcode. So if anyone has any info the zipcode that would be awesome. About half of my order is now expired... AND I had about 300 coupons in that order.Frown

I literally want to reach over and smack him in his head right now! Just looking at him is making me angry...don't call me after you have made plans to ask me if it's ok!! And he constantly changes plans too. it's so irritating.

Fyi...for those of you going to see wall-e (I saw a bunch of clips of it at a meeting...it looks super cute!!!) I'm assuming most theatres, but I know regal theatre's will be giving out watches for each child ticket purchased while supplies last.

Wall-e looks soooo cute. I don't have kids but I still make my dh go see "kids" movies with me. I don't like scary movies and can't handle super violent movies either. It seems like every other movie is some slasher/ horror movie.

I will say this...the first 20-30 minutes the only "talking" is computer noises, beeps etc... so ymmv on how entertained that will keep most kids.

That's annoying. The last time my DH attempted to make plans without asking bombed out as I wound up booking him a plane tix for that weekend to go see his parents. Now he asks. I actually even email with his boss on schedules to make sure that nothing is missed, when I travel he has to take off to watch the kid as we have no relatives nearby.

One of these times he does it, turn around and say you made other plans and then follow through

Oh Jen you are so nice and funny! You know I haven't been to the theater to see a movie in a really long time, a year or maybe two? We do get HBO and other premium channels, plus always getting free movies from blockbuster with coke points, so we still see quite a bit. I want to see Indiana Jones, because I have always heart Harrison Ford, but not sure I could go at 11:30 at night, because I might still be awake, but no way my DH would be even on a Friday or Saturday night! I think the last movie I saw at the theater was Mission Impossible, with Tom Cruise (who I also love in spite of his sometimes quirky ways).

I watched a move the other night on HBO produced by Tom Cruise I can't remember the name now, but it was so sad and perplexing. It was set in the 1930's with Colin Farrel ( he played a writer) and Salma Hyac who dies in the end. I was glued to my set watching this (which is very strange for me, as I can't sit still for a whole movie usually, drives my DH nuts), as I think this movie was very thought provoking. You may know which movie I mean.

I don't think I would care as much if I didn't have to do this stupid book for work. if I didn't have to do this stupid book I could be shopping right now and wouldn't have a problem spending my night doing the dinner thing.

And the stupid maint. guy won't stop knocking at the door!!!
