I'm back from my mega shopping day. Not the best day. ... so just printed blank pages instead of the Qs I was owed (including my new $3/3 J&J). Anyone have any idea on who I should contact to get my coupons??
The catalina marketing company-- tell the woman who answers the phone that you are a consumer who had trouble w/a promotion, then when she transfers you, press "3".
They are on the East Coast, so you'll have to call tomorrow.
I just got off the phone w/them this morning, still trying to get my Kmart/Indiana Jones/Dr. Pepper situation straightened out.
Kmart seems to be very sketchy w/the catalina machines-- I almost missed out on my Incredible Hulk tickets too, but I noticed that the machine at the register looked messed up and asked before he rang me.
Sometimes there is a difference between waterproof and water resistant. I don't know which is better? I just looked at all the Hawaiian tropic I got and they are waterproof. My kids havent gotten burnt???
I have a 10 yr old sister (haha I am 35) who lives in Florida, and she has been having some heart trouble. They are meeting with another Dr today to see if she needs surgery. If she does , I will have to fly down with Ryan to be there, as my Mom doesnt handle stuff like that well.
I am beyond tight with money now, so if anyone sees a good deal on flights let me know, I fly out of PHL (Philadelphia) and need to go to the Orlando airport, she lives in the Melbourne area.
It would be my 1st time flying with Ry, so it should be interesting.
On deal related got a nice Eddie Bauer 27in rolling logguage things for 75% off it was only like 26.00, of course my whole total that day was a lot less, lol
Oh, my 7 y/o DD had heart surgery when she was 2. Now at 7 she is doing wonderfully! GL to you
Then, I felt like I was cheating on Target - because I saved so much at KM that I forgot what I want to buy at Target.

Thanks to the OP about KM and Qs!
I guess if the ex was really a good guy he would either 1) not be your ex or 2) pay his child support on his own, on time.
I know when I was married to a guy who had to pay child support, I made sure his child support came out of our budget first, before just about anything else. That was true whether he was bringing enough income into the house to pay it, or whether it was coming out of my paycheck. I also know once he was gone from my life, I suddenly realized I had just given myself a big increase in pay (income).
And regarding the Germany thing, was the wife even still around? I thought she was long gone?
[QUOTE=jennirheaume05;11662383][QUOTE=schnauzermomma;11658781]Some would say it is sad that to get the child support the ex has to be in an accident, agreed. I would bet there are some who have an ex who wouldn't care about the ex, but just want the child support.

I used to do this as well....until she thought she could go and sign herself up for the government cash assistance program and still get us to pay her bills. They had not gone to court to set up child support or anything like that, little did she know the minute she signed up for the cash program they came after dh...the upshot is he now has legal joint custody, with visitation when she wants (don't ask, it's a long long story and dh is stupid sometimes lol) the bad thing is dh is racking up a huge cs bill b/c he's unable to work due to a disability, but the cs department is working with him on it. I used to feel bad when we couldn't get whatever she decided the boys needed that month, but now she's living in her paid for apt, getting her cash, her food stamps, and her dad lives with her and pays the rest of her bills. i'm not gonna work my *ss off to give her spending money.
ANY advice on losing weight is much appreciated...I feel the need to win this stupid contest!!! lol

Seriously, though, this type of inaccurate management does deserve a call to corporate to straighten it out.

Did you get hit with the storms that rolled through here earlier this evening? Nasty wind & lightning.

DS thought it was pretty neat though when the storm first came rolling in (right before his bedtime).... the temp dropped about 20 degrees in like 5 minutes (it had been 100 today
We got to go see Kung Fu Panda today since DS' school let out at 1 pm due to the excessive heat. His class was supposed to go to the Philly zoo today, but no-go with triple digit temps.
I used 3 of my 4 free movie tickets from the Hershey candy promo, so it cost us more in the arcade afterwards than to get in.
