I just got off the phone w/them this morning, still trying to get my Kmart/Indiana Jones/Dr. Pepper situation straightened out. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

Kmart seems to be very sketchy w/the catalina machines-- I almost missed out on my Incredible Hulk tickets too, but I noticed that the machine at the register looked messed up and asked before he rang me.

The last 2 T runs (2 different stores) The cashiers have refused to let me use 1 TQ + 1 MQ per item. The LOD has come over and confirmed, yes, they will only take 1 Q total per item. These are legit, current coupons (was lays cracker crisps last week and the revlon color this week). I do small runs (usually $60 BC) and try to stay under the radar, but it drives me nuts when I feel like I waste gas & my time. How can I get the LOD/cashier to be aware of the corporate policy without being hated/blacklisted at the store?

I went to Kmart today. Bought $170 in bedding items and paid only $25 OOP. woot Used gazillion of coupons to get my total down.

Then, I felt like I was cheating on Target - because I saved so much at KM that I forgot what I want to buy at Target. Big Grin

I found a new great Q to use at KM by chance Smilie I was $44 down to 4cents.. that was pretty cool! I am excited to get some Qs in the mail.. I need some Southwest GCs for our flights in August!

I used to do this as well....until she thought she could go and sign herself up for the government cash assistance program and still get us to pay her bills. They had not gone to court to set up child support or anything like that, little did she know the minute she signed up for the cash program they came after dh...the upshot is he now has legal joint custody, with visitation when she wants (don't ask, it's a long long story and dh is stupid sometimes lol) the bad thing is dh is racking up a huge cs bill b/c he's unable to work due to a disability, but the cs department is working with him on it. I used to feel bad when we couldn't get whatever she decided the boys needed that month, but now she's living in her paid for apt, getting her cash, her food stamps, and her dad lives with her and pays the rest of her bills. i'm not gonna work my *ss off to give her spending money.

ANY advice on losing weight is much appreciated...I feel the need to win this stupid contest!!! lol

992's beep at my cvs. Throws the cashier every time! Makes me Mad though because I always use legit q's on legit products at cvs because my orders are so small and I hate the beeps! (I do lots of small orders in a week to make best use of the 3/15, 5/15, or whatever printable is available at the time).

TY for the cataline company phone #!!!!! My catalina didn't print at kmart today either for the hulk tickets. The store was supposed to call me back, but shake head they didn't.

Well, I followed up on the condensing those stupid boxes today. I actually organized and now my kitchen doesn't look like someone went on a shopping spree and never put anything away. I combined 21 boxes of handivac quart bags into 4 gallon size storage ziplocks, then I emptied 7 market pantry cookie boxes into one Target bag(these are the single serving bags). Now my kids can self help there afternoon snack, but only with permission, and I have all those boxes in the TRASH, and more room for more groceries, LOL. I was just thinking that if I have less than 52 jars of spaghetti sauce then really I don't have enough, because that is only a year supply, I think I only have 15 jars, so lots more bertolli and muir glen in my next few runs. heehee.

Go at a time during "regular business hours" so that you can call corporate right there and get someone from corporate to *re-educate* this LOD as to correct Q policy. This way, you're not the bad guy, it's that bitch from corporate. laugh out loud

Seriously, though, this type of inaccurate management does deserve a call to corporate to straighten it out. nod I would suggest the Target email re: Q policy in the Deal thread wiki, but the LOD sounds like the type that would accuse you of forging it. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic) So go straight to the source....Wink

nod It was so bad, I didn't even go to CVS Faint (and it's only about 10 mins away)

DS thought it was pretty neat though when the storm first came rolling in (right before his bedtime).... the temp dropped about 20 degrees in like 5 minutes (it had been 100 today OMG) and the wind was blowing so hard it was raining sideways!

We got to go see Kung Fu Panda today since DS' school let out at 1 pm due to the excessive heat. His class was supposed to go to the Philly zoo today, but no-go with triple digit temps.

I used 3 of my 4 free movie tickets from the Hershey candy promo, so it cost us more in the arcade afterwards than to get in. laugh out loud I still have 4 free Indy tickets & 2 Coke rewards movie tickets... now if only I could get a babysitter, DH and I might be able to put some of those to good use. drool
