Help!
I usually use the decoder, but I'm using the table that explains the number system to the bar codes. But I'm confused. Where am I looking for the 00, 01, 02, etc?
Is it the last two digits of the first barcode ~ on the left?
For example 5 16000 15519 3

And what does the little numbers at the front and back of the first barcode mean again? Like double, don't double, etc.

Ebay only pulls current ongoing auctions, they do not reimburse anyone, as there is no purchaser in that circumstance. If they remove the listing they will just notify the bidders (sometimes) that the auction was removed. Ebay never pulled those listings, they all sold and all still show in completed's, those buyers would never be told a thing by Ebay.
I never said Ebay pulled those listings, I said they have pulled listings that have ended. I've seen it done many, many times. And no, "they" don't "reimburse" anyone, but they will give your money back from the seller's acct. on an auction that was pulled.

yes, the 19 in your example is the value code - which tells you how much you have to buy and how much the coupon will deduct. The first small number is either 5 or 9 for manufacturer coupons - other numbers are usually store coupons (like i've noticed kmart coupons start with a 4). A coupon that begins with 5 is able to double and 9 usually do not double. Not sure about that last little number, I don't think it is important for decoding coupons.

Okay - SMALL freak out - - -

I have a reg T in my area and they have reduced the food section AGAIN....

A few weeks ago they had a lot of clearance in the food section , but I just assumed that they were getting new product or new flavors/variety etc....

Anyone else notice in their area - I live in Eastern Washington ......

Ok...feel free to flame away, I don't care....

but it really bothers me when people sign up for crap with no intention of doing what is asked of them. It's that simple. You want the 60 q's, make an attempt to throw a freakin party. I don't care if it's you, and your kids. I see people all the time make comments about people selling party packs on ebay...really what is the difference??? I don't know how many parties I have signed up for that I didn't get in to and it bothers me that people who have no real plan to sign up for it get in and I don't!
All the literature for TodoBebe is in Spanish, and the survey was in Spanish... When the survey was put up on the Deals thread I never saw any indicator that is was a party pack, so I was confused when it arrived today, and was just looking for some advice because I wanted to follow the guidelines. Did you miss out on this offer??

I wasn't referring to you in my rant, but the survey was from the houseparty website. I did not sign up for this offer b/c I don't speak spanish, therefore I don't really think the party was geared towards me.

My T is SOOO small. Fortunatly we are getting a brand new one built right now. I asked a T employee if the food section was going to be bigger in the new store and she said yes, so now I'm all bounce

I just do not understand the difference between going to Target every 7-10days..(i work 40hrs....go to school full time(even in the summer) at the university.) and people going 3,4,5,6,7 times per week...When I go I do it big because gas is to damn high and I do not have the time to keep going into a store..They see my face every 2 weeks(rotate). While some people on here get seen everyday. I save over 90%, just like everybody else on here..Or at least thats my goal So again moderation is relative and an opinion..Its like an ear everybody has them...

I just got done reading the whole T thread. I missed 2 days so there was over 20 pages OMG I probably missed stuff, but had to get it done. I wasn't on much in the last 2 days since I have been sick (vomit) and not feeling well enough to even be on SD for long. Sadwalk I went to bed around 7:30 pm and woke up at 1 am and wasn't able to go back to sleep. I am still seeing the "burlap mask man" (that is what me and the hubby call the guy from "the strangers") so I decided to read on SD. Anyways, I am posting because if you all are scared easily DO NOT GO SEE THAT MOVIE!!!! I am still freaked out because of it a week later laugh out loud Call me a baby or sissy, I don't care, the truth is the truth Stick Out Tongue

Trying to wean a child off a bottle is worse than a root canal.

Just FYI
