This thread is being created so people -- generally, those people who can't seem to resist talking about off-topic junk in the Target coupon thread -- have a place to talk about shopping at Target and other miscellaneous matters.
All you folks who hang out in the Target coupon thread, start hanging out here instead! When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

OK, this may be a random question (and not related to T, or KM, or Thomas trains or anything
I've heard people talk about buying them at the Dollar store, but that seems a little sketchy. But I checked them out at WAG today and the EPT was like $13 for one test.

It took us 3 years to concieve our last so I pissed on A LOT of sticks
I use to buy internet cheapies (that's what we called them on the fertility boards) in bulk on ebay along w/ my ovulation test (went through a ton of those too) you can get them really cheap and they work fine. I finally got my + on x-mas eve w/ one of those, then confirmed it w/ a $ store one....then a Clearblue easy....then another CB easy
This [planetfeedback.com] is funny. Someone bitching about Target not taking her coupons.

When does a fraud occur?
A coupon is valid only when presented by a consumer to a retailer in conjunction with a purchase of the brand, size, and quantity of the product specified by the coupon. If submitted in any way other than that detailed by the issuing manufacturer, a misredemption occurs. Misredemptions can constitute a violation of Federal and/or State law.
What are the penalties for coupon fraud?
Penalties for those convicted of coupon fraud related crimes vary by each case and the number of laws violated.
As of this date,
Longest prison sentence: 17 years
Highest financial penalty: $5 million
Prison sentences of three to five years are not uncommon. Financial penalties generally vary, but have often been in excess of $200,000
MyFeetHurt posted that her sister was killed in a car accident!

Forgive me for jumping in here, especially when I've not posted here in chit chat or in the Target deals thread but I just wanted to point you in the direction of some online stores that sell pregnancy tests and related stuff for those of you TTC. I've used this one before: http://www.babyhopes.c
if you do a google search you can do a price comparison - the rates are pretty reasonable when you're buying more than a couple at a time. I think I've used fleabay before too!
I've heard the dollar store ones work fine too, although I can't vouch personally for them.
Good luck to everyone TTC.
