All-DS was so good at his haircut, like a little angel. She put on a little multicolored smock on him, I kept giving him sips of juicy juice and handfuls of goldfish. He was a ham for the camera and for her. Shocking.

So I had to miss my target run as needed to reward him with xtra bedtime books, etc etc. He was so good.
So jealous here! My kid got his 1st haircut a month ago and already needs another.

Oh Double, we got some cool bath toys and he loves getting a bath now. Today was the 1st time in 16 months that he hasnt cried getting in. He was actually more mad at having to get out!

Mine pretty much says the same thing! But I still don't limit myself to only Target, which probably makes it worse. laugh out loud

My total is $4.78-- but I only have $3 in cash, so I go to use my regular cc, which is Amex. Turns out they don't take Amex, so he has to cancel the transaction so I can use Visa. At this point I know I am blushing but also totally cracking up on the inside.

I can just imagine what he was thinking. Big Grin "This old lady came in last night and bought all these pregnancy tests and Chex Mix!!?? And she had to use a credit card to pay for it." LMAO

Oh, and I thought this was funny too-- as I was going in there was a guy leaving who was on a motorcycle, and wearing the full on leather outfit-- and he had a giant thing of toilet paper bungeed to the back of his bike. laugh out loud
I've done that before - $2.50 on the cr card! EEK!

Toilet paper on the back of the bike - now that is funny! laugh out loud

I think sometimes it seems that way because we have more good runs than bad but also we get lucky. I've tried new cashiers that K1'd away and new ones that read every line but then K1. It's YMMV like everything else at Target. It's timing too, go last thing at night or first thing in morning and there will never be more than one or 2 lines open. Go on a Sat at 3pm it's a madhouse and more likely to get coupons pushed through. Right after work is good as well.
Ok, I'd like to amend my 'favorite cashier' description... young, male, thinks he's hot and is all man - you know, he won't ask for directions to save his life! Wink

Tonight the young guy couldn't get the 5/50 to scan, but I knew it came off the same page as ones that scanned yesterday and the day before. He sat it aside, and started scanning others. Just before my total would go below $50, I told him that I thought he had to scan it before my total went below or the system wouldn't take it.

Still couldn't get it to scan, so he did something and put it in as a mfg coupon I think! I was holding my breath waiting to see what he would do, and trying to decide if I should just tell him to forget it. But it was $5!

my ds has diaper leaks sometimes in the night..any suggestions..i have moved him to a bigger size but not much help..thanks
Some good ideas have been offered. For us, I know DD just couldn't wear Huggies. Whenever she did, I knew she would leak for sure. After figuring that out, she was a Pampers girl from then on and all was good. She was very petite, though, and my friends with big babies all swore by Huggies.

Hey guys, I was in Acme (my grocery store) and in Kmart and I have been finding Fancy Feast peelies on the fancy blue cans, The peelies are for the dry food but work on the cans. I should say it worked at Kmart for me, not sure about Target yet!

If anyone sees them and doesnt need them, can you snatch me a few for a trade. I have 3 always hungry kitties!

Sophia needs to have her hair trimmed so that she has bangs, she has very long hair (ppl always think she is older than she is bc of her hair length) but has never had a haircut or trim. Her daddy wants to keep it the way it is, but mommy is getting sick of having to put her hair up every day Roll Eyes (Sarcastic) Anyways, this is constant battle at my house laugh out loud

Ohh, since you were talking about bath toys, I thought I would mention the toy I found at kmart for $7. It is the Winnie the Pooh Friendship Tub Tower [amazon.com]. Soph LOVES this thing!!! She doesn't fight any more for the bath and the one cup has a bottom so it is nice for washing her hair. She will actually dump the cup over her head herself now Smilie I am soo glad I got it! I almost put it back in hopes that it would go lower, but it was the last one!! Alexa (my 10, almost 11, yo dd) had a similar toy as a baby and she loved that one as well Smilie

I have found a new love in junk food. The Oreo Cakesters! OMG...I heart them! I had the regular with vanilla creme first and they are delicous. Tonight I tried the chocolate creme center and they're ok, but not as yummy as the reg. vanilla cr.

They are $2.79, so 3 durex will cover a box. But there's always mq's out there for nabisco.

Ok, for those of you that read my bad run post... I need advice on when/how to return to Targeting. My bad run was Mon pm at 1 of 4 stores and I am so paranoid that they have my pic in their back room!! Do you think they would have contacted the other stores in town?

Ok, add me to THAT group... made so many mistakes, should have just left the cart and tried again later.
Long story short - everything was anaylzed - I was legit but using the 5/50 which scanned just fine. Denied gatorade so I was going to take it off the order, they forgot to take it off, I paid then said - oh, forgot this (at this point everything was cool but she was holding on the 5/50) Well - she decides she is going to refund my gatorade and then charge me for the $5 cpn. Ok - I am so not paying them money after they gave me a hard time, kept me forever, blah blah blah. So, she threatened to get AP involved, I said forget it, see ya. They followed me to try and get the license #, not sure if they did or not.

Yikes, I am feeling some stress right now, and totally pizzed bc I did not do anything wrong!! The only high note - my cashier was really nice and kept telling them "she has all that stuff"
I'm sorry they gave you such a hard time hug

For those of you that didn't see my coupon boxes before - I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them!!! I haven't found a flaw for my uses yet.

They both fit in a red tote that I just keep in my car and carry in the store. It fits perfectly in the seat of the cart. I know you all asked for pics of them in the cart and I forgot. I'll try to remember.

They could have called the other stores, but I doubt it. I would definately stay out of the trouble store for... at the very least, 2 weeks, more if you can. Since you have 3 other stores to go to, utilize them for now.

Go with a very small run and all legit coupons. No expireds. Keep it small and legit and see how it goes.

Alright to the old dude at Target pushing an empty cart and following two lanes behind the peelie guy, it looks bad when you load the cart with Childrens advil (with new $2 off peelies) and hide around the shampoo to take ALL of them off, then dump them on the floor! Seriously people, ARgh...if I didn't have two Mama Mia peelies in my pocket I would have laid into youSmack

To quote MamaRo...Moderation!

Then at the snack bar, while purchasing 3 slushies and 2 popcorns from the the ssllllooooowest food alley guy ever, I lovingly call him snailnod , new front door guard shows up. PACKING HEATOhmy I ask the Red shirt (must have been 5 LOD training and reworking the front) if we have a serious crime wave that made it necessary for Evil Kneviel to be wearing an iron badge, her reply, matter of factly, yes. Oh crap, I did a fully legit run (minus the mama mias and a clorox spray Q I used on a bottle of bleach). I am not going down for you old peelie taking man!

Bizzaro world at T today, I almost felt like I was at wallyLMAO

I LOVE my system! I did the binder thing and found I was spending way too much time cutting coupons that I never used. So now I only cut the coupons that I know I need.

Whole inserts stored in plastic Sterilite drawers which are labeled with each week's coupon date. I keep them stored in my BR closet.

Clipped coupons which I KNOW I will use (clearance product that I know is marked down, BOGOs, Frees etc) are in a huge gray cashed check organizer that I got from Staples/Office Max. I also use this to store my T coupons/peelies/blinkies etc

Canvas zipper pouch (from the office supply section at WM/T/CVS) -- I have several pouches (one for Target, one for CVS, one for my grocery store). I pull my coupons and have them in order and clipped together for a run and stuck in the pouch. When I run into the store, I only take my zipper pouch and sometimes my clipped coupons (if I'm watching clearanced items to go down in price) .

Wel, that puts my recycled envie from my AMEX bill to shame, I suppose I need to upgrade and the Gas bill envie is not gonna cut it! Thanks for the tips, I never thought of canvas, that is genius!
