Promotion begins May 9th, 2016 at 12:00:01 PM Mountain Time ("MT") and ends July 29, 2016 at 11:59:59 PM ("MT").
Open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia EXCLUDING residents of New York, Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands where the Promotion is void. Entrants must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of Promotion registration who are legal owner or co-owner of a single family residence.

Community Visit Entry Method: Eligible Entrants may receive up to fifty (50) additional entries by visiting a Taylor Morrison or Darling Homes Community during the Promotion Period by texting a code and following the instructions received at the sales center. There is a limit of up to fifty (50) additional entries for this method of entry.
Treasure Hunt Entry Method: Eligible Entrants may receive up to a maximum of five (5) additional entries by successfully participating in a website "Treasure Hunt" on www.taylormorri
Eligible Entrants may elect to participate in one or more of the three possible methods of entry. The maximum number of entries for participation in all three possible methods of entry is a maximum total of 81 entries per person for this Promotion.
Prizes – A total of three (3) Prize Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible Entrants.
First Prize consists of one (1) single-family residence backyard makeover ("Grand Prize - Great American Backyard") for Grand Prize Winner's primary residence located in any eligible state. Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of all components in the Grand Prize – Great American Backyard is $25,000.
Second Prize consists of one (1) single-family residence Great American Backyard makeover ("Second Prize – Great American Backyard") for Second Prize Winner's primary residence located in any eligible state. Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of all components in the Second Prize – Great American Backyard is $15,000.
Third Prize consists of one (1) single-family residence Great American Backyard makeover ("Third Prize – Great American Backyard") for Third Prize Winner's primary residence located in any eligible state. Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of all components in the Third Prize- Great American Backyard is $10,000.
There are a total of three (3) prizes available with an overall ARV of all prizes of $50,000.
Grand, Second and Third Prize Great American Backyard, each consists of the applicable Grand, Second and Third Prize Winner's choice of any backyard related options and features such as but not limited to outdoor patio furniture, accessories (e.g., pillows, lanterns, umbrellas), bar-b-ques, fire pits, playground structures, entertainment, how-to classes offered, outdoor kitchens, fencing, artificial turf, pools, hardscaping, landscaping, building supplies, lawn vehicles, lighting, tools, heaters, equipment and installation services offered by Lowe's® or Home Depot® home improvement store e (collectively, "Great American Backyard Options") up to an amount not to exceed $25,000, $15,000 and $10,000 as applicable to the value of the Grand, Second and Third Prize.
The respective award shall be conveyed to the respective winners in the form of one or more gift cards to either Lowe's® or Home Depot® without representations or warranties, express or implied, other than those, if any, provided by applicable manufacturers' warranties or those provided directly by the card issuer.
