i'm sure most sders don't order off of the TV set, but you might have relatives who do, even if you don't, you will find some of these hilarious and even astonishing at how they cheat people. many of the most popular ones are there, directbuy, video professor, extenze, girls gone wild, etc. anyway, if you know anyone who buys anything off of the tv or "as seen on tv" products, make sure they either google the product or look at this site.

Mann I remember girls gone wild....Ordered one and they kept coming and suddenly they charged my CC for the new ones. And it was very hard to find their number to cancel and get refund.....Old days, girls gone wild woooohoooooo

Cool (perhaps more appropriate for Deal Talk, but still cool, thx).

P.S. Wouldn't using a prepaid debit card (like the crap we seem to be getting on rebates in ever increasing numbers) help prevent a lot of this? Seems to me the use of common CCs and their open-endedness just makes it too ease to be scammed. I've heard even virtual CCs are no protection anymore, plenty of reports claiming those w/ supposed limits (expire date and amount) can be OVERRIDDEN manually!
