Seattle - I'm going there *UPDATE* #30

So I'll be in Seattle on Friday. It's a whirlwind tour.

What should I do? Where should I eat? I will likely need to be in a reasonable radius around the airport. Which local brewery should I try?

Best place to eat is Szechuan First in Kent, which is pretty close to the airport. It's hard to find, can't see it from the street, just turn into the Harbor Freight parking lot and keep going to the back, you'll see a small strip mall back there. Best Asian food in Seattle and reasonable prices. nod

I'm not sure which brew houses are near SeaTac but DH's favorite growler beer is Manny's by Georgetown Brewing. They do draft beer only and don't have a pub house but you can go there and perhaps get a sample of what they're working on, it's in downtown Seattle.

This map is current and allows you to zoom in and see what is near SeaTac and/or near where you will be. Then you can check them against Yelp to see which ones have the best rating. It's a shame you don't have time to do a brewery tour, there are several tour companies choose from in the Seattle area.
