Seattle - I'm going there *UPDATE* #30

So I'll be in Seattle on Friday. It's a whirlwind tour.

What should I do? Where should I eat? I will likely need to be in a reasonable radius around the airport. Which local brewery should I try?

Not sure if they still have it. They have a bag of wood chips that you can take, and it comes with instruction how to make your own.
