Looking to adopt a dog, any advice?

Hi SD fellas, I am recently looking to adopt a dog. Spending my part-time with him, or even taking him to my office. Any advice will be appreciated.

If you want a particular breed, you can likely find a rescue group for that breed in your area.

I wouldn't recommend a puppy as they will take a lot of work, unless you have a lot of time to dedicate to the dog.


I'd love to be able to take our dog(s) to work.

RescueMe.org they have what you need, breed, state,etc. then it tells you a little bit about animal, kid, animal friendly, etc. great place. good luck
