Prizes:
Grand Prize (3): Each "Grand Prize" is a four (4) day/three (3) night trip for two (2) people (each Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest of his/her choosing) to attend Super Bowl LI
scheduled for Sunday, February 5, 2017 to be held in Houston, Texas (the "Grand Prize"). Each Grand Prize includes round-trip coach class air transportation from a major commercial airport near each Grand Prize winner's residence (selected in Sponsor's sole discretion) to Houston for each Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest, three (3) night stay at a hotel selected by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion (single room/double occupancy), two (2) tickets to Super Bowl LI, shared transportation to and from the hotel to the stadium on February 5, 2017. Each Grand Prize also includes two (2) gift bags and Five Hundred Dollars ($500) in the form of a check made payable to each Grand Prize winner for travel stipend and spending money. Each Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must arrive in Houston on February 3, 2017 and must depart on February 6, 2017. The ARV of each Grand Prize is Six Thousand Seventy and 00/100 Dollars ($6,070.00). The ARV of all Grand Prizes is Eighteen Thousand Two Hundred Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($18,210.00). No more than three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded.
All guests must execute a Liability and Publicity release (unless prohibited by law) as provided by Sponsor or its agent. If Grand Prize winner is a minor, the guest must be the parent/guardian of such winner and must execute all documents required of winner on behalf of his/her child/ward. If a guest is a minor, he/she must be the minor child/ward of a Grand Prize winner. If the guest is a minor, then a Grand Prize winner as his/her parent/legal guardian must execute the Liability & Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) on the minor's behalf. If a Grand Prize winner elects to participate with no guest, no additional compensation will be awarded.
Each Grand Prize winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for obtaining any desired or necessary travel documents (including without limitation a valid government-issued photographic identification). If a winner resides within 250 miles of the Houston metropolitan area (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), Sponsor may substitute ground transportation in lieu of airfare and no additional compensation will be awarded to the winner
Food, ground transportation, parking, meals, and any and all other costs and expenses, including airline baggage fees, not expressly set forth in these Official Rules are not included in each Grand Prize. Each Grand Prize winner will be responsible for all gratuities, meals, ground transportation, and any other incidental costs or expenses not identified in these Official Rules. Travel must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor, which may be modified in Sponsor's sole discretion. Each Grand Prize winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Each Grand Prize winner and his/her guest hereby acknowledges that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance for any part of each Grand Prize. Each Grand Prize winner will be required to provide a major credit card upon hotel check- in, and all in-room charges will be charged to the credit card. Any damage to the room will be the responsibility of the winner.
If a Grand Prize winner cannot be confirmed by January 21, 2017, then that Grand Prize may not be awarded, at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize is Six Thousand Seventy Dollars ($6,070). Total ARV of all Grand Prizes is Eighteen Thousand Two Hundred Ten Dollars ($18,210).The actual value of each Grand Prize may vary depending on point of departure and fluctuations in the cost of air transportation. Any difference between the estimated ARV and the actual value of a Grand Prize will not be awarded. No more than three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded.
b. First Prize (10): Each "First Prize" is a Chunky branded white football helmet autographed by each of the six team captains (Drew Brees, Odell Beckham Jr., Kyle Long, Todd Gurley, Eddie Lacy and Eric Ebron). The ARV of the First Prize is Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). The total ARV of all First Prizes is Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000). No more than ten (10) First Prizes will be awarded.
c. Second Prize (50): Each "Second Prize" is an $100 NFLSHOP.com digital gift certificate. Each gift certificate is subject to the terms and conditions found at http://www.nflshop.com/helpdesk/gift. The use of a gift certificate constitutes the user's acceptance of the terms and conditions so winners should read these terms and conditions on the gift certificate carefully. Gift certificates may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. NFLShop.com gift codes expire December 31, 2017. The ARV of the Second Prize is One Hundred Dollars ($100.00). The total ARV of all Second Prizes is Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000). No more than fifty (50) Second Prizes will be awarded.
d. Total ARV: The total ARV for all of the Prizes in this Sweepstakes is Twenty-eight Thousand Two Hundred Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($28,210.00).
