Tech question. I picked up some darn Trojans on my PC. How the heck do I get rid of them? I've been lucky this morning being able to post here because they are randomly redirecting me to pages and causing new explorer windows to open and go crazy. I'm so computer dumb I don't want to a. cause further damage or b. think that it has to be professionally removed when it doesn't. Are there any free online removal things that work and won't infect me worse?

Hi! I absolutely recommend AVG anti-virus. They have a free version on download.com that should work for you.

My little man LOVES "DOE-ra" - I don't see any problems with him having Dora toys at all - my DH was not quite so sure when I brought him home a little boy CP doll from K, though. I told him it's good for building sensitivity. Smilie
My little guy has Dora Knows your name among other Dora things. I don't see anything wrong with it either. My older son when he was about 3 wanted a baby doll and I got him one along with a highchair. e loved it! He's now moved on and is no worse the wear for it. I'm just thinking we need to teach our little men to be nuturing. No harm no foul IMHO

Ok, I moved my question over to here for more discussion. I had it in the Deal Talk, but it was in the wrong place. Thanks for any help. I like to get varied opinions on this issue. (if you have already answered me on another board, please disregard.) Wink

I have a question for some of you on this board b/c I am sure some of you have been in this situation being that $ gets tight and all and we all try to save a buck here and there using our coupons. Awhile ago, I loaned some money to someone. They were in a time of need. If I know that they are out spending money now and back on their feet, is it ok to ask them for my $ back? How do I ask them without embarrassing them too much? Sorry for OT, but I know you all would be helpful b/c many of us have been there before. Thanks so much.

I don't loan $ anymore, no matter what the circumstance, bad situation a few years ago. Maybe they forgot about it, you should remind them now and say that money is tight and you can use that loan that you gave him/her back and give them options to send it to you. If nothing within a week, remind again. You need to be strong willed about it or you won't see it back. Worse case you lose a friend, which IMHO isn't one if they treat you like this. Best case you get your $ back and learn a lesson on lending, don't lend to friends! $20 at a dinner or something is one thing, but large quantities don't lead to good results

Has anyone seen the $3 Peelies on Dove and Degree boxes anywhere else besides Target?
I looked in my store and didn't see any. Are they on the clinical strength boxes that are with all the other deodorants, or are they on an endcap?

Yeah me, too.laugh out loud

On a less silly note. Has anyone here asked their WAGs to order stuff in for a deal? I have 6 WAGs in my area and would love to be able to use ALL my coupons next week. How do you go about asking. There is a lady around here that ordered about 500 of the Crest Pro-Health a few months ago and said that she was "sending it to the troops". She also said that about the Dixie deal a couple weeks ago. UMMM YEAH I'm sure that you are going to send paper plates to Iraq. Maybe the toothpaste but I highly doubt the paper plates. Why not just say that it's a good deal so you're stocking up? I am interested in getting a bunch of the Lamisil next Friday and Saturday during the double dip and would love to also get paid a bunch of money in Shell gas cards to buy it. Any ideas on how to approach this?

I travelled to my hometown yesterday and made a stop at K just because it was there - found an entire display of untouched Pedigree q's - love that the $3 isn't expired! bounce This comes in super handy since we just found out today that DH is being laid off permanently due to his company being sold. Frown I sat for an hour today making lists of things I could buy now with overage that we might need in the next year. Thanks to everyone on this thread, I think we're set on toothpaste, shampoo, deodorant, and of course - diapers! hug Thanks, everyone - your help really is appreciated!
Oh hun, I am so sorry that you got this news!! I hope that he is able to find another job soon!!! I will be Pray for you!!!

laugh out loud My 21 month old dd LOVES Diego!!! She calls him "ADO" When I started stocking up on easy ups I got the boy ones as well as the girl ones. I asked my hubby if he thought Soph would mind wearing the diego ones, and he said what little girl wouldn't want her heart on her panties EEK!laugh out loud
Anyways, I just think it is funny that she prefers Diego to Dora!

Actually, I think I read on a list for the troops that they are always looking for Lamisil, so if you wanted you could say that you are sending it to the troops and they probably wouldn't think anything of it. To each their own I say Smilie Also, I see nothing wrong with saying that you are wanting to stock up, but that is IMHO.

I actually wouldn't mind donating the Lamisil to the local group that sends care packages to the troops. I am all for donating stuff that we get for FREE or make money off of. I just don't want them to think that I am trying to pull a fast one since there is someone else that ALWAYS says that when they order a large amount of something. I want my stores to still like me. Would it be weird to order 12 from each store? Or would that be weird?

I don't think that will be weird at all. Actually that seems like a normal amount to me laugh out loud

I donate my stuff as well. I am in the process of finding a teen mom school/center in my local area to donate all my stuff to. I am donating most of the Pampers wipes to them as well as the Pantene and Razors. I know that when I was a teen mom this kind of stuff really helped me!! I want to donate to where I went to school, but I think the shipping back to MT would kill me laugh out loud Though, we are going home in a couple weeks and I plan on doing some runs there and will give whatever stuff like that to the school I went to.
