When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! I just kind of skimmed over it because I thought I read that it was a dead deal. Are you still getting books for cheap to free?

Ok, glad it's not just me lol.

Can I just say men arre suckers sometimes? lol

I bought this tent for a really good deal last week and dh decided it was too big. Instead of taking it back he decides to see if we can resell it. We have had 3 different inquiries on it and dh is on the phone with a guy who says he's a single dad and so dh agreed to a payment plan b/c he felt bad for the guy lol.

No - I use the back button and resubmit - sometimes I have to reenter info, sometimes not. I will occasionally use "Valued Customer, Special Customer, Current Resident" as names but I haven't had any problems with multiple copies showing up laugh out loud
Ok that is basically what I do. But the back button doesn't work for me. It just keeps saying thanks again and again.

So if that happens just hit the "before you begin" that is on the left side. It will take you back to a clean form. It will remember your info ~ just double click on the blanks and it will be there. Saves time from typing again.

I have always gotten as many as I submit with no problems.

DH just sighs when he checks the mail and says bills and more coupons for valued customer!!!LMAO

has anyone ever heard someone telling their kid that they will break their arm if he doesnt stop crying..i was at target the other day in the toy aisle and i heard a boy screaming for some toy..he was a big boy maybe 5-6..he was with his grandmom..she loudly told him that if he doesnt stop screaming and crying he knows she will break his arm.........i was shocked......

i feel i am a bad mom and cry when in desperation sometimes i have to tell my kids i will spank them...i feel bad thinking how can i speak to a kid like that...but breaking ur arm...i felt so scared for that boy i wanted to tell someone but didnt know who....

I know who this j@ck@ss is!!!

It's Jimmy5. vomit

I hated that pinprick so much I had to put him on my ignore list... I suggest we all do this with toyresellers!

With a name like that we not supposed to be worried about a smash n grabber?! Whateva! Stick Out Tongue

It is incredible to me that you 2 think you have all Newbies pegged. Have you ever given any thought to the idea of someone closing one acct and opening a new one? Over and over I have read, "Where is whee?" "Where is bjhac?" "Where is so and so?" Do you think it is possible that they get sick of people constantly asking them to do things so they just start fresh with a name no one would tie to them? They were always helping people, weather they were new or not. Maybe ya all should learn from them.

And to think, you are the nice crowd. Interesting.

For all the peeps who have been PM"ing me that know people with Type 1:

OK was going to go to Target but have a little crisis here. DH's sugars were over 500 before dinner and 487 before bed. He won't eat still and he's very off. We called and their answer was to increase insulin tomorrow. Here's the problem, their educator people tell us that we need to get carbs into him, they've calculated out 130/day to match the insulin. I think that's too high and his diet should be balanced. I asked and they said now to concentrate on carbs and worry about the rest once he is stable.

I think this is potentially keeping him unstable. Any thoughts, please PM me. I'll check again in an hour or so, I need to go talk to DH and figure this out. We may have to go to the other childrens hospital for a second opinion tomorrow

I *really* am beginning to question if me, dd, and dh are going to survive through the terrible two's!! Right now she is crying on the floor b/c I would let her pull the drawer of batteries etc...down on herself. *sigh*

Last night she waiting until dh was busy in the bathroom, unlocked the front door and decided she was going outside by herself./ So today we have to go get new locks to install b/c she can now undo the deadbolt and the other lock.

She absolutely does not listen. She would rather stay in her room crying for hours than listen! I'm begging for tips on how to get her to behave. Dh is at wit's end and so am I.

I think he's too strict and he thinks I'm not strict enough so then we're constantly getting mad at each other. We both try to make an effort not to contradict each other in front of her and just discuss it later, but what do you do with a two year old that thinks she's grown?? She has a chart, has no interest in it. We've done time-outs, swats on the butt, the corner, you name it.
First want to apolgize for typos, the toddler has plucked the letters A and R along with ente and shift and a few others off my new laptop so just fill them in as needed. Smilie

What I have learned over my 10 years of trial and error:

First and foremost is positive reinforcement. Reward her for good behavior vs. punishing her for bad behavior. even verble rewads are big to them but if you cn have a basket of goodies, even better. (my kids love playdoh but I hate to clean it up so it was always one of the goodies they would get for using manners or helping w/out being asked).

As for punishment per Dr Phil - - you have to understand her "currency" - playgroup, tv whatever she cherishes most. per supernanny - - get eye level w/ her. 1st make clear what she did was 'unacceptable behavior', and warn that 2nd step will happen if she does it agin. 2 if she does it again...remove something from her (ie: currency), if it happens a 3rd time time out for 1 minute per year old.

no one 'judge me' she asked, I gave my experiecne.

Before I found you folks, I used to only shop at my one local target. It is in a pretty nice neighborhood and a fairly upscale clientele. As I've started doing deals, I've come to realize that this T really is rather coupon unfriendly. I have 3 other Ts that are in reasonable distance to me. One is a T Greatland, but the others are all regular Ts as well (no super Ts near me Mad ). These Ts aren't in quite as nice of an area, and one is actually in a somewhat "bad" area. Turns out that this one is actually the most coupon friendly. Anyway, I wanted to find out if other people noticed the same thing... is there an inverse relationship between how "nice" of an area the target is in and how coupon friendly they are???
EEK!

Just to add on - they work great on these Ziplocs. Since the item is not less than the Q, it is beepless! Smilie
Nope haven't noticed a corralation in my area, it really seems to be the cashier that makes the biggest difference for me
