Double, I decided to try the kool aid w/ splenda tonight. I got out the pitcher and the measuring spoons, got a packet of fruit punch kool-aid, turned it over to read and there it was plain as the nose on my face...THE DIRECTIONS FOR MAKING W/ SPLENDA.laugh out loud Right on the back of the kool-aid packet. Use it the same as sugar. 1 cup. gosh, I can't wait for my antiobiotics to start working so I won't be so discombobulated!
Now that's funny. Hey how many carbs does it say it has? I need to buy some to keep on hand for emergencies but their site doesn't have nutrition info

Anyone every wish they were still single with no kids?

OK then it's the opposite then, I can actually give it to him to drink. Nice. I was going either way with it since it's easy to make/carry around.

Bagel ha. The kid takes an hour to eat a rice cake. Actually 45 minutes. Tiny little bites. That's why I'm not at Target.

Wow, that is weird. I got these packets of Splenda that were the same size as a kool aid pack, they were .79 so FREE with my .55 coupon that doubled. Net Wt 0.14 oz, equivalent to 1 cups of sugar.

Single with no kids? NOPE

Single? YES

Single with Kids? Yes

I divorced the SD (Sperm donor) 7 years ago, and remarried 3 years ago. Even with the health problems/drama with my daughter, I have never regretted having them. (Fortunately they don't look like the SD! They all favor me!)

I kinda thought that sounded like alot too. It does say 1 cup, but in ( ) it also says, 'more or less to taste'

I know it's confusing. Right now he needs carbs as he's on an insulin that is carb reliant to work right. When we switch insulins (notice how I say when, not if), he will go to a more balanced diet.

I want to hurt them for putting him on this one instead of the other one initially but apparently the other one stings on injection and you have to adjust it yourself so they put us on this one.

We were thinking of sweet potato fries the other day, bought the sweet potatoes and forgot to make them. I think they are still on the counter. I wrote it down for tomorrow.

I bought 5 rubbermaid bins this week. From working downstairs the past hour I believe I need a few more. I'm going to sell a bunch of stuff at that sale in September and I will STILL need more rubbermaid bins

I thought that was strange as well b/c Splenda (like all sweeteners) is much sweeter than "real" sugar.

i'd probably go w/1/2 a cup first and work from there.

Look for Alexia brands at your grocery. They are pretty much an all natural brand and they have good food. They also have sweet potato fries. They have a q that is in PDF and it doesn't expire until 12/31. I've been using it during triples to stock up on their french garlic loaf.

I only have packets, so I didn't make it, because I don't want to tear open a cups worth of splenda packets! But I would try 1/2 c. to start too.

I never got a call from Borders on my orders, but had gotten shipping confirmation. I stopped in there, and they were there! Yeah. 2 boxes. Too bad my larger order from the next day didn't go through Frown

It was on TPC for 13.99. It was a truck, like a car carrier, came with an extra guy and car. It makes noise. Nothing spectacular about it, but he loves it

There is a different kind of spenda (splenda granular) that you can use for cooking / baking - it comes in a large bag and measures out 1 for 1 like sugar... so 1 cup sugar would equal 1 cup of the splenda. If you use the traditional spenda in packets, it is much sweeter than sugar so you would use much less - from what I've found 24 packets is the same as a cup of sugar... hope this helps!
yummy

OK, earlier I promised a list of Qs I have to offer up. PM me and we can trade! Smilie I am looking for any Kraft free tearpad coupons, any Target insert Qs, or just about anything! Big Grin I'm not too picky! Just let me know what you got and we can go from there!

I have the following:

(5) sets of the pet Qs from this past Sunday's inserts, including both cat and dog (let me know if you want all or one or the other)
(5) $1/1 Joint Juice
(3) sets of the Tide Qs
(3) .55/any GUM dental accessory
(3) sets of Clean & Clear Qs, plus about 4 other printables
(3) $3/any Visine product 1/2 fl oz or larger
(4) $1/1 Maybelline mascara

And I will include in each envelope LOTS of extra, good coupons that I just won't be able to use (and I want to clear up the clutter off my desk before my parents come to visit! Big Grin).
