Yahoo!Yahoo!Yahoo! Thanks so much! I just did that this morning. I have so many q's from all the inserts I would never get them all listed. If anyone needs anything just ask and I'll look for it.
I really really need to come up with a better q organization system. I may have to go buy some pretzels q organizers lol. Dh was super sweet and bought me a coupon organizer but this is just not working out. I keep dumping them and I feel like an idiot b/c it takes me so long to find coupons.

What does Pretzels use? I noticed HeatherLst used a notebook with baseball card sleeves for hers...I really like that, but don't know if I'd keep it up. Usually, I just date the front of my inserts and keep them like that. I clip as I go...but I always seem to have stacks of clipped coupons everywhere anyway...

Several of you have asked out my coupon organizers so I just posted a couple of pictures. I have two boxes. The silver one is for food/pop/gum/etc. The black one has everything else like health and beauty/cleaners/baby/etc.

I bought them at Staples for less than $10 a piece. The coupons are divided by manilla colored dividers. I like this because if one section grows or shrinks, the dividers grow or shrink with it. Also, I can have as many little categories as I like.

I didn't label the dividers for awhile to make sure I had the number of categories I wanted. I have been using this for several months and absolutely love it. It is perfect for me!

I posted the second pic to show how big the boxes are in relation to my laptop. I carry a tote and just throw them in. I keep the tote bag in my car and then grab it to go in the store. The bag and boxes fit very easily with my purse in the cart.

I remember seeing that now. I bought a large expandable file for the loose q's I have. Labeled it a-z and have a section for wine tags and one for tearpads, again, it only works if I keep it updated Smilie

I seriously have q's all dumped in my purse right now. Someone gave me an envelope, i shoved it in my purse...and they all fell out...and dd dumped a container of paper clips in there too.

Ok, dh now thinks that I'm trying to bribe him to let me go shopping with sex lol. sorry tmi I know but I thought it was funny.

OMG!!! ME TOO!!! We had a house built in 193x originally, then custom built our own and then bought this one to fix up and "play" while we readjust to the new economy and not going deeper in debt with the new house. So while the new house was expensive, this one is close to it and with repairs I think we are right there again!!! So we are trying to save $$ by not gutting the kitchen, which I would heart to do but instead tore some out and redoing the rest. What a pita!!!

So yes, we painted, then stained also. The look we're trying to go for is that stained look that looks like it is in all the trim and edges looking kind of old. Not realling describing it!! laugh out loud Anyway, more stain than just the trim was staying so now it is an all over look and I think I like it better. Just more work!!!

The other difference is that our cabinets are the original that have never been painted. The original owner's grandson sold us the house. No one else has ever lived here. In fact, no kids have lived here until my 10 year old!! That's absolutely amazing!! Now for the waxing who knows because these people were like super rich in the day to have this one custom built. And she kept this house like a showhouse all the time. Everything here was super expensive and custom, yet for 1965 standards!! My mom about fell over when she heard we were going to gut some things....I was like yeah it looks like 1965 and it's 2008!! Of course we are going to tear this sucker apart!! Little by little of course!!
That is just like ours!! Everthing is in ment shape, just so out of date, like the tile is peachy color with get this blue bathtub sink and tolet, but the house has such big windows and hardwood floors and big trees. We aslo sold our newer two floor house to buy this one, the newer one was nice and pretty just not our style but you didnt want to change it because everthing was new (didnt make sense) so this one we love so we can make it our own, and it is one story (with basment but that is storage) so I like it better with the two little kids no worries of falling down staris (or pushing each other laugh out loud ) And I feel you about people wanting you to keep things the way their are people in this town have stoped and talked to use about the lady that lived here and how we cant take out the flower beds they love them. In the living room I painted one wall red for a vocal point, well their is a big I mean big window into the room and I guess one of the grandchildren drove by and was like "they painted a wall red.... red" but I think their grandma would have approved because she picked bright yellow 50s swirll counter tops!! I am kinda thinking of a atomic ranch look lots of color and fun, we are going to turn the formal dinner room into a home theater/ playroom. Lots and lots of projects but looking forward to it nod

Wow, I am so jealous of you guys and your house projects. Dh won't even let me repaint the walls (which are a god awful ugly eggshell that just looks dirty. yuck yuck yuck) b/c we are renting. He says it's a waste of time and money.

It's not that I didn't like it, I did. It's just not the greatest movie I've ever seen...but then, like I said, I'm not a huge Kevin Costner fan. I used to have a big CRUSH on him way back when, but then once I got beyond his looks, I didn't think he was a great actor. Now, my 21 y/o DD has the crush Smilie He was just here filming recently and went to her local hangout and sat with them and bought them all drinks...so she was quite starstruck. The ending kind of left me irritated a little bit..15 seconds earlier.....why?..so that you wouldn't know who goes in? (don't think that gives it away)
Oh, ok... But ask anyone, this is the first movie I've seen in the theater in about 5 years, seriously, except for Mama Mia which I was totally disappointed in... Have my own theories on that one too, but that's a whole other thread! So, I guess I would think any movie on a big screen was great!!!

Not so you wouldn't know who is going in - I thought if they just had him close the curtain, sort of in a matter-of-fact way and just ended it rather than panning back to the kid, it would have been more dramatic. Ya know, sort of like, the black curtain makes the screen go black and the music stops abruptly once it's closed.... kwim?

Anyway - just had a nice ride on my ex-hubby's motorcycle - it's beautiful out here today and I haven't been on the bike in YEARS - sad to say it's the only thing I miss about him!!! laugh out loud . Might have to look into getting myself a Vespa or something - they're cheap too! Ya think they take Target Gift Cards???

Ok home project question, does anyone know of a paint that you can use to go over tile, I tried some normal paint on some left over tile I found in the basment but that just chiped right off. The tile is in great shape just not a great color but it would be a pain and I mean paint to take it out, so any ideas would be nice.
thanks

I wish...the owners are a major leasing company, and most of it is like not nice. They don't take the best care of their properties. The one we live in is pretty nice in comparison to some of their properties, but there were some cosmetic flaws even when we moved in.

Thanks for all the congrats. And I hope those of you who are trying get lucky soon. I wish you all the best of luck and hopefully soon we will hear you all have another little one on the way. I'm barely pregnant and am already wondering what I'm having. It's going to be a long wait. With 3 boys already I really don't know what I would do if it's a girl. The thought of a girl freaks me out. EEK! After changing boys for the past 7 years I would have no clue what to do with a girl. And then the thought of another boy..AAAHHH!! A house full of all boys!!! Either way as long as the baby is healthy that's all that matters in the long run and the rest will be figured out.
