All you folks who hang out in the Target coupon thread, start hanging out here instead! When you've got something relevant to post about Target coupons, please post about it in the Target coupon thread! We'd love to hear about it, but NOT about your dog, your cat, your mom, your genital herpes, your... well, you get the idea.

not really liking my apartment right now. apparently they've shut off the water with NO warning. nice thing to find out after the fact when you need to flush the toilet. Mad
hopefully no one else needs to go before they get the water back on.

Wow, what a weekend! And now I have to somehow get all my junk (leftovers from stockpile yard sale) out of the living room. I bought Rubbermaid totes at Kmart today, so I think I'm just going to shove it all in there and stack them up. That will at least look better than boxes of Windex, Neutra-Air, etc., sitting everywhere, right?! Wink

So ... in my grand attempt to at least somewhat declutter my house before my parents and brother and sister-in-law arrive in 2 days, I am putting up some coupons for trade! I scored 30 more Olympic books from Safeway, so I have those, plus lots of other ones. Just PM me what you want, and we'll work it out! Smilie I would love some Glade BOGO qs, Glade $4 oil warmer units, Huggies Cleanteam, Cover Girl BOGO, etc. Plus I am sure there are lots others I could use! Big Grin

OK, here's what I have:

(30) Sprite BOGO - GONE!
(30) $1/3 Coke 2L
(25) .50/1 box of Kleenex
(30) $1/1 Cottonelle 12 or 24 pack - GONE!
*all above coupons expire 8/31*
lots and lots of Pampers Qs that expired 7/31
Pet Qs (mostly dog ones) from last 2 weeks inserts
(4) $1/1 Maybelline mascara
Tide Qs - GONE!
Clean & Clear qS
(5) Joint Juice Qs - GONE
$3 in Nestle Good Start Supreme formula checks

Plus, with each trade, I'll include lots of extra Qs!!!d So PM me! Big Grin

Hope everyone is having a great Monday. Its a good thing its a slow week at Target, because I'm going to be super busy. I think my brief stop at Kmart and Safeway today may just be all the recreational shopping for me this week! But that kinda feels good, since it seems I've been going nonstop for weeks now. And the bulging belly definitely does not make things easier. Smilie

Speaking of which, congrats to all the pregnant ladies here! wave Its funny, 'cause in my choir at church, there are several of us altos who are at various stages in our pregnancies. I think the other non-pregnant altos are scared to sit by us! Big Grin Just might be contagious, you know?!

Hello, I have never posted in this thread before. I am fairly new at the targeting adventures in fact pretty new to the entire couponing thing. Anyways, I was just curious to know what all you can talk about in here and if there are any current deals going on...It has been a rough few weeks lately and I haven't got to do any deals! I am planning a trip tomorrow to T but only if there is some good stuff going on. I have to drive about 1 hr. and 15 min to the closest one...speaking of that, for those of you that live right around the corner or not to far from these stores be thankful! Smilie Have a great day and thanks in advance for any advice!

You know, if he was 3.....at this age 18mo they don't get the whole time out thing. My hubby tries it when DS throws stuff at us. He just looks at him during TO and then life is normal. Too young to understand. And besides, TO is a good excuse for a cuddle for me. I'm a terrible mom. Or he'll start smiling and then I'll start laughing and there goes the TO

I am exactly like you... i have an 17 month old daughter and 29 month old son.. my daughter does everything exactly like my son do. I try to do Timeouts but i havent been successful at it yet. i am a softy mom, my kids always take advantage of me. ON the other hand, they both listen to my husband. i dont know what i'm doing wrong.

hiya and welcome to the T chit chat!
we talk about all kinds of stuff in here - deals, coupons.. even deals at other stores. we also 'chit chat' on other random stuff. lately its been pregnancy, feminine hygiene products, kids, etc. Big Grin its a lot less formal environment in here. (the T deal thread is strictly deal talk for target - no off topic stuff there.)

i'm not aware of any phenomal deals this week at the T, but if there is i'm sure someone will let you know on it. Smilie
if you have cvs, riteaid and/or walgreens there are some great deals going on there. bounce

i'm the opposite of you guys. i feel like such a meanie!! OMG
when my son throws a tantrum or otherwise reaks havoc on my sanity i send him to his room and tell him he can't come out until he stops crying and apologizes. i also shut the door so i don't have to listen to him cry. ahhh.. so much easier when i don't have to listen to it. Big Grin laugh out loud

you are so lucky... i put my daughter in her bed for timeout, but she cries!! i mean she cries and doesnt stop until i pick her up. i feel so guilty for letting her cry like that.Maybe its b/c i am young and dont know all the tricks to timeouts. I do try, but i haven not been successful.. My son, he just knows how to get his way... he smiles, gives me a hug, starts kissing me and says "mommy, i love you" in two languages.. and i cant get upset with him... i just melt!

i definately need tips from all of you moms Smilie

DH is a softie..kids totally take adv of him...

This works great - also, if I'm scrubbing in the tub with a brush anyway, as opposed to a sponge or something, I'll scrub the liner wherever it looks grungry. Gets it clean as well. And if its really bad ... time for a new one! Big Grin
