I hear that. I refuse to catch up there, a couple of PM's told me it would be a waste of time. It was nice to see family, I wish they lived closer. I bet Ariel feels the same.

Thanks, but I found some more! the same store, same tear pads. I was being so coupon nice and only taking some, leaving some for others but everytime I went in, they were all still there. Then I lost the rest of my crystal lights, and thought, darn, I bet the q's are all gone for sure by now...went in and there they were, just like I left them....I think I am the only person who uses q's in that store. It's great!

I remember when DH and I got married, we totally forgot to include my aunt (mom's sister) in any of the family photos. There's 1 photo of me w/her and it's a candid of us hugging so you can't really see our faces. Blush Did I do this on purpose to make her feel excluded? Hell no. I was so crazy with dealing with all the stuff that happened (it's a pretty funny story, but now's not the time shake head ) that it just slipped my mind. Just like we forgot (and I'm being generous to DH here) to have the florist prepare a wrist corsage for his DSIL. (He doesn't like her, so for all I know, that WAS on purpose. Evil) Luckily the florist was kickass and took care of it on the spot.

As far as your mom's new hubby, amateur psychoanalyst in me thinks dpags is on the money and he may be expressing some repressed hostility/frustration at having to "share" his new wife with you. He'll probably get over it, esp, since you don't live that close. And this is really good for your mom-- you don't have to worry about her being alone on the holidays, or being her only support system. So unless he's a ridiculous jerk, should be good all around.

hug for the rough weekend, but I'm guessing you'll feel better in a few days. Smilie

Double is back yay!

I think my new fav letters are FB, I have never loved grocery shopping so much. NO beeps at Kmart, Wmart, and Acme.

Also no beeps at Genuardis! Did I mention that diet coke is buy 2 get 3 free this week. Did I mention I live 3 freaking doors down from there and can go there many times (I used to work there and they know I live close, so it wouldnt be strange to see me daily).

I am supposed to be getting ready for vacation, but I cant stop shopping, and crazy as this sounds, not even buying toys and books, I am buying food!

Hey it's carla! Please donate them to the elderly. The peeps here have ordered me a bunch of supplies and we've been getting other assistance as well. But thank you for offering.

I gotta say, I have too much food in my house, we can't eat it all. Thanks to DM, I will have enough whole grain poptarts to last me until next year! these new q's are great and all, but I am loving the fuel for school, since they dont beep..Thanks stormy for the HUGE envelope, I will be in nutrigrain/wheat thin heaven for a looong time to come.

My Aunt is in Sebastian and my Mom lives close by and I cant think of the name of her town. They both live in trailers, right on the coast on Rte 1.

The 3 hurricanes that came through a few years ago destroyed their trailer and they lost evverything. My little sister was 6 at the time and took it very hard, so I am hoping things arent that bad.

Thinking of all of our Florida friends.

They have them at my T right where they sell all the baseball/football cards. The sleeves wasn't hanging up it was more on the bottom shelf in a packet. If your store doesn't have it you can try baseball card shops but it's probably more expensive there or WM

I hope they will not be staying at home during the storm, maybe going to a shelter. Hopefully it will be mostly rain and not too much wind damage or tornadoes..
