Thanks ladies, I knew other parents would understand. All I know is it is a good thing I have 12 2L of free sprite left, cause that is all the other 3 members of my house can hold down right now. We are on day 2 and I just put my 4th bottle in the fridge to cool, I'm keeping two in the fridge at a time, the open bottle and the next bottle.

I just need dh and oldest to be able to go to work and school on Monday!

I start work next week but not till friday, youngest starts a Mother's day out at same school her sissy goes, long story on that cause I really really did not want to send her to anything till Kinder, BUT she has a late bday and dh says she must be in something, so I got her where I want her just sooner than I wanted.(that is the short version)

Sooo the school needed a lunch monitor 2 days a week, and ask me if I'd like to do it since I was already planning to volunteer in the cafeteria on those days, sooo now I am pd staff instead of volunteer. I make a habit of chatting up the office staff and teachers, always being helpful and involved, so they knew as soon as dd got accepted in the program, and thought of me right off when they had a position.

Funny though, I have NO IDEA what my pay will be, never bothered to ask since I was going to volunteer, figured the pay really is not an issue, and may work into something else as soon as youngest starts going 5 days in kinder instead of 2 days. The school staff really likes me.

I"ll get to see even more of my oldest, she is sooo happy, I am so close to little dd. it works out. I can still shop the other 3 days, heehee, and save gas cause I was not going home and coming back we live to far for that.

No I didnt use the price quidance from the garage sale thread! I just priced them on my own! Wish you luck with your sale! I definitely think that any money that you can make from your stockpile would help lots. I also sold a good bit of clearance toys, I kept some for my kiddos and sold the rest! Can you believe no one wanted to buy the lmax for 35?shake head LOl I guess my low prices on other items overshadowed the lmax!laugh out loud LMAO Its ok though, Ill find soemthing to do with it! My grand total as of 8pm is a lil over $2000! Im using some of the money from June's sale and todays sale to throw a triple bday party (1yr old, 4 yr old and 5yr old) for my babies! They all have bdays all withing one mth so yea I can knock that out with one punch! face painting, jumpin thingies, cotton candy and other lil things that i think they would enjoy!
But yea wish you luck with your sale and you'll be pleasantly surprised at how many ppl dont mind buying your overflow!

Well they can lynch me too. I'm under 5'2 and a size 0-2 as well. I've got the baby pooch and cellulite too. Whatever. I learned a long time ago that as long as I don't have to buy new clothes (hated pasttime) I just really don't care. So as soon as my jeans start getting tight, I watch it for a few weeks. I absolutely hate buying clothes for myself.

Cool. I'm thinking 50% of retail. Can you share the methodology you used? I don't have many toys that I'd get rid of but I do have a few. We'll see. I have a little touch leappad sitting here that's a christmas duplicate. Funny because he hates the first one anyway, the buttons are too hard to push

My DD is 3 dob Nov 30 -- My dh is is SIX'9" & all of my kids are tall!! She is so smart, loves too learn but can get into any of the state/county gov school programs...I SAHM because I "make" more $$ staying home raising our kids & sding than I could if I got a $$-paying job so I can't afford Montessori school this year but my FIL old me to enroll her into catholic school for K because they start earlier - and then put in a transfer to the public school 2 ds r in.
I am just so afraid for her self esteem...being nearly a year older & twice the size of EVERYONE in her classes for the rest of her school life.

My oldest is tall for her age, but she got lucky with a July bday she is almost the youngest in the class but is only about an inch taller than the rest of girls, the only kids taller are a couple of boys that are over a full year older. Youngest dd with the late bday is considered average on the charts, but everyone thinks she is already in Kinder cause alot of the Kinder kids are the same size as she is! But she is my little one, LOL.

Dh is only 6' and I am only 5'3" but we both have tall women onboth sides, and much taller family members, so it would not surprise me if the girls git 6' and 5'7 respectivelyBig Grin

I have no problem with skinny gals, its when they whine that they remind me of the snobby girls from high school that I cringe. Since I don't have cellulite dimples, or flabby arms or legs, no vericose veins, I feel sexy and comfident even at 240. I do have a gut, and love handles, but I also have nice big muscles underneith and those weigh more than the fat.

Mostly I am just peeved because VS doesn't make my size and I love there stuff.
It is sad because I only wear thigh highs and I can't buy them until I get some weight off, and history has told me that even when I get smaller my headlights don't shrink, so I STILL won't fit into most of there stuffFrown

Yes, totally unmotivated. Big Grin I was going to go get some Hot Pockets for $.30 a box but when I checked them out last week, they didn't have the flavors DH likes (no ST here, so limited freezer area) and then that recall notice pretty much killed my motivation. No other really great deals to speak of. . . so I just hit WAGs.

Oh, I got my beautiful hot pink OneTouch UltraMini a couple of days ago. I went ahead and registered online to get the extra lancets or whatever it was they promise. . . I figured I'd just wait til those came but if you need the stuff now I can send it on, JLMK. Smilie

You are right and I'm sorry if it seemed like I was dissing size 0s or skinny people. My BF in the world is like a 0 or something (and she's had a kid already) and we talk about this all the time. I just hate how the media ONLY shows women who are that size-- when peeps come in all shapes and sizes.

Ugh my WAG runs the last few days have been making me feel like I've got bad shopping karma or something.. . first my $10 RR didn't print out on Friday (I'll call the catalina folks on Monday about it), then tonight the sales for next week hadn't kicked in yet (usually they would have by now) so it messed everything up. Plus I had to get DH's ridiculously expensive not-covered -by -our -insurance (not that it should be!) prescription to Propecia ($70) which really kills the high from getting great deals otherwise!

Oh well, another day, another dollar not spent! Stick Out Tongue

I'm 5'9" too, but I'm nowhere near a sz 0 laugh out loud I don't even know what size I am anymore, I just know nothing fits. Had to take steroids and I've gained 30 lbs. My doc is not happy. Although our UPS guy does that now too, and I don't think it's my cats' menacing glances that are causing it.

Ever since they changes the rules so that we don't have to sign for packages anymore, they don't even knock or anything. Sometime I'll just find packages in random spots around the outside of the house. . . . Luckily nothing's been stolen yet. Mad

I don't know, I've seen some mean cats in my day. Had one once. Lil bugger..He used to terrorize the neighborhood. We had a friend who had lost a leg in an oil rig accident, he came over one night. DH and I left the room for a minute and when we went back in the LR, he was gone...couldn't find him anywhere.... he was deathly afraid of cats and my cat backed him into a corner and proceeded to climb up his only leg so he ran out of the house and went homeLMAO LMAO

Bad part? I have more RRs to use... Here's hoping for another 5/20 next week :evilgrin:
