What would you do with $1,000+? *Moderate OT allowed*

Wife and I have our own spending accounts, basically we can use it for anything we want within reason. Mine is getting fairly robust at over $1k. Any advice on what to use it on? I'm thinking about buying a car on CL and trying to flip it, see how high I can grow my fund.

Any ideas?

If you flip the car, it will probably become damaged, reducing its value. I don't recommend this strategy.

Some interesting thoughts here. Already have a gaming PC but no time to use it. Bought a Canon T5 last year. Went to Thailand last year oddly enough. Also I can't play an instrument (no time). Bought a new mattress last year. Already have good winter gear. I wouldn't go to a Pats game for free, too much of a hassle to get in/out of. Night out on the town might be a good idea. I could use a new stove.

laugh out loud that one was a joke. It's sitting in my yard ready to be donated. It's a 96 with over 200k miles, and needs a lot of work. It failed inspection finally due to front end issues. I can't remember if you were modding when I told the story about AAA dropping it off at the wrong place, and it sat for 2 days somewhere with the keys in the ignition and no one even bothered stealing it. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)
