Yes, I'm back from the north. Wonderful trip. No color changes yet in northern MI (of the hand), except in the center of the state on I-75 I noticed some changes. Now, back to reality. Time to get some things done before the next trip.
If I could, I think I would move to Petoskey for the summers, very nice.
Plus, I've received these recommendations for So.Da.
-Badlands -Black Hills -Custer National Park -Needles Highway -Mount Rushmore -monument of Crazy Horse (under construction). Deadwood and Lead are neat towns and Sturgis is good during bike week in August. Rapid City is okay, but its a pretty big city. And just over the border in Wyoming is Devils Tower. Yellow Stone is great.
So, some stuff to research in the coming weeks.
Same MCR win - still waiting to get it (6 weeks since I returned the affy).
Wall Drug in Wall, SD - touristy, but a cool stop. Kind of a Berma Shave marketing campaign.
