Busy with the folks last night. It's like working two full time jobs every day including weekends. I didn't leave there until midnight last night. Dad and I bought some adapter things to concert the old tv antennea wire to a coax connection so I could make the changes and hook up a tv to the house tv antenna last night. We had to get a replacement red light bulb for the fireplace insert that my sisters & BIL in Alaska sent to them; the original bulb had a broken filiment from shipment and wouldn't work. I found a red compact florescent bulb 60 watts of light for 13 watts of power and installed that for them. It looks nice enough for an electric file log insert. It looks like glowing flames and even makes a soft crackling sound. They were very happy to have that working now.
The big even of the evening was getting the bed moved and set up. We lost one pin for it somewhere, but made due for the night. Today in the daylight I can search at the old house and in the old yard for it. Hopefully it did not come off and fall out of the truck between the two homes for I'll likely not find it then. I talked the folks into springing for pizza so I was able to eat but it was going on towards 10pm wpuld be my guess.
I too Mom downtown to see the orthopaedics specialist during the day and need to take her back in a week. They have Dr appointments on W and TH next week in Detroit making it look as busy next week as this week.
I'm tired and I'm beginning to think I need a break (rest wise). I need to leave for work though and life moves on.
we are fogged in this morning so I hope your day is a little brighter...

Tired today, went to bed at 3:30 and I could hear Noodle trying to open my closet door and messing around, so I got back up to give her some food, went back to bed at 5:00 and at 6:30 all this heavy equipment shows up next door, the neighbor is getting a porch and his driveway paved
