Do you think it is wrong or okay for people to take peelies (coupons) off of items in the store when they don't ever buy that item?

usually the only peelies i get are the $1 kelloggs cereal ones.out of getting them around a dozen different times ive only gotten busted once but it was bad.the store manager confronted me and said an employee saw me taking the peelies,told me to give them to him and if i ever did it again i was banned from that store.its a fairly small overpriced merchandice store so a ban wouldnt bother me but im glad most big stores like safeway really could care less or never see me getting some.i shop less at the store i was busted at because of that incident but when i do go i never get any peelies now if i see them which is kinda rare to find at stores around here anyway.as long as you dont damage the boxes,which i never do i dont think it qualifies as stealing.if someone did damage something they should pay for it.

Small stores don't like it, the peelies help bad selling products or close to the expiration date products out the door. So don't do it at Uncle Lou's Market.
