Do you think it is wrong or okay for people to take peelies (coupons) off of items in the store when they don't ever buy that item?

so ponds free movie tickets expire in a couple days. from what i've read in the threads.. people feel even more justified in taking them because if it expires no one gets them. well no matter when you clear places out.. if you stop someone who legitimately purchases a product from getting the promo, isn't there something wrong with that?

I have yet to find a ponds peelie. I keep forgetting to look
shouldn't a person buying the product like the sponsors program expected them to be entitled to a free ticket if they bought it before the expiration date?

Honestly, this is my first day taking any Pond's. Like I said previously, had no idea what they were. There you go mod!
like all sales/offers and things like that.. its fine if done in moderation. i'm usually in the favor if a company wanted to they could have put in extra security. tropicana could have made it so only 1 entry per person was enforced. if it was as easy as getting another email address... that's their fault. peelies aren't so simple. some products keeping it inside teh packaging is impossible. or its added money designing new packaging.. and so on.
i'm just trying to see both sides of the story. to me, anything that prevents even 1 person from getting the intended promo, just seems wrong. but if managers of grocery stores don't care who am i to care?
