Do you think it is wrong or okay for people to take peelies (coupons) off of items in the store when they don't ever buy that item?

You bring a Sharpie Magic Market with ya to the store, and you peel them back, and use the Sharpie to black out the "Bar Code" so no one else can use it
That way, only you can use the one you used when you purchased your item
See, this saves the Manufacturer money by no one else using those pesky peelies

I take the peelies and the coupon pads when I do see them ( very very rarely because somebody else already takes them
The lady behind me wanted to know what the peelie was for ( yes she used that term, she must SD) I told her, and she bought the cheese.
So, IMO, sneaking a peek, or peeling the peelie off to use right then, is fine
