I am glad everything went well regarding the decreasing of the billirubin. The more the baby eats and poops the better it will be in decreasing those levels. Also, natural sunlight helps. Did the doctor mention this? This can be feeding where sunlight can stream in or having the cradle near a window. Good luck with everything and I wouldn't worry about the murmur at this point.
