Bad news- Can't find the wine opener

Good news- I had some left over opened wine...but gone now.

Funny news- I got an invitation in the mail today for a free BJ membership and I don't know what that really means

Odd news- I just found a can of easy cheese in the bed. I think it was from when you had posted about a cheese whiz bikini. I was going to do it on a dare and passed out.

I think it's time for the easy cheese to be put to use now that you're more awake.

my usual is some variation on: apple cider vinegar, honey, paprika, some smoked chili powders (ancho, california, pasilla), cayenne, bay leaves, dry mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder, LOTS of tomato paste (entire can), liquid smoke, smoked salt, thyme, oregano. really just empty out the spice cabinet and add anything that's bbq ish.

I've seen several posts where you have talked about cooking but I had no idea that you were passionate about it. I'm impressed.

My husband is awesome in every single way except one .... he can't cook a dish that even the dog would eat.

Ive never made a cheese whiz bikini but I have done one out of cake frosting in a piping bag thing, that was time consuming especially considering the end result

I haven't done the cheese whiz kini either. I have some easy cheese, which in all honesty sounds more fitting for the cheese spread kini...

Here is one for you.....warning a drunk ramble to follow...:

On a Valentine's day, I think it was, I tried to make myself the candy for my guy. Now timing is of the essence when doing such a project. This is indeed important if he has roommates, and no, it is not one of those stories.

Ok, I decide I am going to do this in his bedroom because of the roommates and just the convenience factor. So I decided to use a mixture that would be comparable to a cream based frosting. This was applied to all the appropriate places and then the extra just all over.
I had decided that I would wrap myself in plastic wrap and tie a ribbon around both ends.
One right around the top of my chest, because i couldn't wrap my own arms in the wrap, but I could slide a pre-tied bow up over my arms if I tied it around my waist first. I also, did, a bow around the my thighs. Hard to describe but I basically was wrapped and tied, when it was said and done, which limited my movement. Important point.

You can see the problems, right?
Yes, hindsight, or actually thinking the plan out loud now does show how flawed it was from the beginning. But my heart was in the right place and so was my sex drive.

So I wrap the saran wrap around and around, then get the ribbon on. I even tied a long piece of ribbon from the bedroom door to the bed. I get there about 45 minutes before he normally gets to his house from work. Get everything ready, then sort of do the "trust-me" fallback on the bed and start the wait.

15 minutes goes by and he is now running late...The icing starts to ooze a bit. Now, this may sound seductive, but trust me, when you are getting hot, impatient and just plan annoyed it is not a good feeling. He ends up being 45 minutes late and I was so mad.

See I had decided about 20 minutes into the wait...Oh fark him, I am getting up from here.

Did I mention he had a water bed then? See the problem. So I am thrashing around and getting madder by the minute. I was stuck there! So by the time he got there I had been full circle with emotions and was at the point that it was the funniest damn thing ever!
Here I was, me, wrapped in plastic and sugary substance, hot, sweaty, frustrated and not feeling very romantic was stuck in the water bed that I hated.

Yes, I could have totally ripped it all off and got free, eventually, but I kept hoping he would be there any minute and I didn't want to ruin the whole affect.
So I waited and he did show but was 45 minutes late...We both thought it was the funniest damn thing.
