hehe. I don't have an answer for you... because I'm not sure I understand the question.

All I know is that the twins had a very exciting season that will last for the 163rd game and 3 in this series.

I will say this, though. I love Mauer. He's one impressive, consistant player. I hope he's a Twin all the rest of his career and doesn't get snapped up by a big market team like the Yanks or BoSox.

didn't get house 1, or house 2....we placed an offer on a 3rd house...list price $244k, we came strong with an offer for $300k... that should spark some interest...but we have to wait until tuesday because thats the offer deadline... this house is somewhat small, but really nice, and nice large backyard for the dogs... new laminate "wood" floors and new carpet in the bedrooms... its bank owned.

little do you know about the southern CA market...all houses under $400k are being gobbled up by cash investors.... its insane...the first house we put an offer for had 25 offers in 2 days being on the market... this latest house has a somewhat aggressive listing style...placing it on the market for 8 days, then take the "best" offer...best not meaning the highest, cash offers can offer 10-15% less because of quick closing and all cash payment...
