What glade product did you have to buy to get the $2 catalina? The plug-ins oil warmers I am hoping. Or is it the Gel plug-ins warmers you need to buy? I read that in the K-mart thread.
Does anyone know if just the Gel plug-in warmers work or the plug-ins oil warmers as well? I want to try this deal tomorrow with some of my coupons. Also has anytried this with the BOGO gel warmer and another $1 off coupon and got 2 $2 off coupons to print?

Did you buy the Gel plugins or Oil plugins, and did a cat coupon print?

That stinks hug I picked up a legal pad today and thought about how big you said your list was EEK!
laugh out loud Well I did split the list into 2 runs, but when I got there...cashier selection was vomit , so I combined it into one and cut alot of stuff out. As I'm browsing through the store, I thought I saw my jedi come on duty, so I filled the cart a little more than I intended to. Lo and behold, when I went to checkout....no jedi in sight. Embarrassment

It started with "I'm sorry, I don't think we can take this x/xx q". I said "no, it's just those 2 pictured that you can't take". "Well, I'm just gonna check anyway" I knew it was gonna be all down hill from there. Hadn't been there for 2 weeks and I guess it'll be another 2 weeks or more before I go back.

Time to spread my wings and hit a farther away T and K this weekend.

She calls it her "fat tax". I busted up right in the pedicure chair.
Another good one! laugh out loud

I sooooooo know where you are coming from Jen!! I am in the same boat with DD.

Everyone would tell me how strong willed she is and not to break her spirit. Being strong willed is a good thing, blah, blah, blah. Well lemme tell ya.....it's not such a good thing right now. We are 4 weeks into Pre K and we've already gotten 3 "notes to parent" sent home. Embarrassment

you're not the only one, Jen. hug
sometimes ds does the exact same crap, and he is 6. the other day i went into kohls and we didn't take 5 steps through the door before he decided to pull a random tantrum. throwing himself on the floor, screaming, kicking.. etc. with nothing to instigate it.

i decided there was no way i was going to continue on so we just went straight back out the door. (and went back later that evening and he was MUCH better behaved)
but for sure i thought i would just die from all the looks and stares we got like "hmm.. she must abuse her kid for him to be screaming like that" or "gee she's a horrible parent!" or other such crap.

so yeah, with ds its hit and miss. most often i leave him home with dh nowadays because his behavior right now is so unpredictable. he's at the age where he is testing his limits of defiance. and worse, he KNOWS i can't do anything about it in public - he does not act like that at home (thank god). it just does not work well for me when i'm trying to put deals together in the store, much less survive checkout while attempting to keep him under control and from climbing out of the cart and running around the entire store. shake head

but anyway i know exactly how you feel - somewhat victimized by your own kid while other customers give you the looks of death. thankfully these stages are not supposed to last forever. its just trying to survive the worst times that sometimes gets the best of us. laugh out loud
That's exactly how it is!! I normally try to leave her home but dh gave me somewhat of a guilt trip...he's home with her all day and he would like a break every once in awhile too. So against my better judgement i took her. ok i'm really gonna go to the store now lol

At my publix if you bought 2 V8's you would be allowed to use 2 mfg's and ONE Publix q (if the publix q is 1.00/2)

WOW - I want one of the Kettrike bikes on pampers.com!!! But I don't think I have enough codes to get it, 'specially considering I just used 100 to get a Starbucks card... Hmmm... I'm thinking I'll have to start opening pkgs to enter those codes, 'cause that bike just looks very cool. nod
I saw that but figured DH would kill me if I got another ride on so I ordered the Lego GC's instead.

Quote from flugette :
If you have lots, I could some - I just found out my son LOVES them. laugh out loud And my daughter's not too far behind.

I used to hand them over in a stack, but I kept finding that Qs would be missed, the order would go all wrong, because the cashier would spread them out in front of him, etc. So I started handing them over one by one, and that has worked wonders. Haven't missed a Q, order is always right. Only a couple times have they asked me to hand over the stack, but I just politely tell them I've had too many problems with missing coupons and I prefer to hand them over one by one. That way, if you can tell they're super-picky (once scanning gets underway), you can "hide" some of the coupons, iykwim.
ditto. I always hand them over one by one. For the same reasons. I had one cashier insist and she turned out to be the worst one ever. so now even if they insist I will not hand the pile over.

Oh and i found a tq for ore ida hash browns today...and now i cant find the freakin mfq i had to go with it!!!
I totally understand how you feel Jen. My friend and I each had 2 kids, boy and girl, same ages. We had car seats stacked all over the car and we would go out every Saturday morning hitting yard sales and shopping. It's a wonder we didn't loose our sanity!

Sorry you had a bad shopping trip. I had a cashier do that to me. I don't like it when they spread everything out because they tend to miss q's that way. It's hard to watch which q's they scan and watch the screen at the same time.

I feel ya with the note to parent. My DS was that way when he was young. I used to have 'backpack anxiety'. I was always afraid to open it for fear of another note from the teacher!

Ah, that sucks. Sorry you had a crappy run.

We all must have very strong willed kids!! laugh out loud My DD screamed bloody murder in the library the other day... She was straight up napping and then, as soon as I started to look for some books, she sprung up and looked around and then screamed at the top of her lungs! I was horrified! It was so quiet in there... shake head Everybody just stopped what they were doing and stared at us. Embarrassment I ran out of there so fast!! laugh out loud
