I didnt enter that one but yes that is the correct rewards site. If you click customer care on the top right there is a form to fill out for missing points.
Like wise on a 24 hour clock contest, I would likely add an hour the first day after the change...then return to your normal schedule. Better safe then sorry, and I never want to risk a chance of DQ with my huge rate of entry, we are talking a single mistake costing me hours of time on some of the longer lasting contests.
