you can return about 3 books before they tell you to call customer service to return other books. then after a month has passed or they've processed a payment you can return 2 books before they tell you to call customer service to return books.
i've been doing this for years now. i've refunded about 60 books. this doesn't work if you are on a free trial, but does work if you are on a discounted trial
