That was a BF door buster deal.
Would rather not have to read dumb comments
I bought this along with a D series 60" Vizio. Hands down the picture quality is better in the Sharp. I was looking for my receipt on the Vizio to see if I could still return it.

I had some issue with the remote as well, I noticed clear plastic over the sensor on the TV I missed during unboxing. Removing that fixed it for me.

This tv was on sale 7 weeks ago at 250 dollars. Turn on your time machine and set it to go back 7 weeks.

It's only 100 dollars more then 7 weeks ago. If it hits 250 dollars again, it will be good deal, for me.

This was the price during a 4 hour sale 5 days ago, then it dropped for a couple of days to $329. I got Best Buy to adjust the price but it was a pain in the butt because it hadn't actually been delivered yet. Most time I've had to waste for $20 lately.

Still hoping the price will drop to $300 or so during 45 day elite window.

Is 5 inches and roku ready worth the $100 price difference compared to $230 50" insignia. Already have a roku 2, chromecast, fire tv separately but bios in roku seems convenient

I've had both, and prefer the sharp... I would personally wait until sub $300 though... March deals are just around the corner... And always buy bigger... I bought a 55 and wish i would have went 60-65... My business partner bought 70 and wishes he would have went 80

I've tried 2 Sharp 55" TV and had trouble turning on using the remote unless I'm very close to the TV. Once I turn it on, no issues operating from a distance. Any one else?

Are these remotes IR? Our Roku 3 is Bluetooth I think (or maybe RF). Doesn't require line of sight anyway.
