BestBuy has the higher end 2015 MacBook Pro 13.3" on sale for $300 off. Online only but can be shipped to store or home for free. Not sure how long the deal is supposed to last.

https://www.google.com/shopping/p...CYYQpiQIFw <- Reviews since the BestBuy website appears to have none.

Specs:
  • Intel Core i7 (Dual Core) (5th Gen) 3.1 GHz (Turbo up to 3.4 GHZ)
  • 512GB SSD (I believe it's PCIe)

  • 2 x USB 3.0
  • 2 x Thunderbolt 2

  • Headphone output
  • SDXC Memory Card Reader

Here's an option for those who are complaining about sales tax. Buy the MacBook from some place where you don't get charged sales tax (like B&H) then use price protection on your Discover or Visa credit card (Double check to make sure you have it) to get the $300 back.

1% Cash Back using E bates.

Some credit cards may offer higher amounts of cash back using their affiliate links. Discover used to offer 5% but I believe they no longer do.

Don't know why this comment is being down voted. S/he is just letting people know the dell refurb laptop is less than 1/3 the price for the same spec and bigger screen.

Yeah, I own a macbook pro too and know how good it is. You just have to decide if it's worth the 3x premium price.

Good deal, for a Macbook. Still...

I got the same specs on a refurb Dell i7 today for $485. The premium Apple charges is outrageous.

I personally think Apples should be compared to Apples (no pun intended). Therefore, compare the Dell XPS line which has more premium materials/build quality to the Macbook Pro.

I applied for the BestBuy credit card to get 10% back in rewards coupons on this. I do know that most coupons exclude Apple products. I believe the movers coupon doesn't but I've never figured out how to get one of those.

Yeah, Apple is only selling their name and software... their products are always overpriced, but you gotta admit that they offer a much better OS than windows... too many bugs and viruses on windows
This is the only reason I buy a MacBook. I like a Unix based operating system that still has a lot of apps developed for it already.
