I don't use their CC, but my father does and the two times he's disputed a charge, they rejected his dispute and sided with the vendor. Both times should've been an open and shut case in his favor, but they bounced him around enough while ignoring documentation that he threw in the towel (at a cost of hundreds of dollars). And he's not the type to give up - it took them six months+ of runaround in each case to screw him out of the charge. I write this as someone who's only had good interactions with USAA.
