New level of douches - VR

A couple years ago I posted about noticing more and more idiots taking photos and videos with ipads. Now, I am noticing more people wearing VR "gear" out and about - meaning no device but the VR "goggles". I've seen it a number of times in airports and such.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Can't do much with VR Goggles yet. I'm not going to invest in them anytime soon. New technology starts off bulky and then overtime they slim down and get lighter as technology advances.

These VR Goggles make it look like you should deep dive in them if they were waterproof.

How do you know the "goggles" don't have a phone in them? That is a fairly common way to experience VR.

It's pretty simple. I see someone with the VR goggles but no phone, as in you can see their eyes.

I get motion sickness easily, so it limits the games I can play, doubt VR would be any better.

It could make sense in an airport, lots of waiting, then moving to go wait somewhere else. Get to the new spot, or stop to do your social media stuff, then put the phone back in. Dunno, seems hard to care about.
