Good night all.

Feel better PC. Perhaps a warm shower will help?

I had something brewing while on vacation and luckily it didn't stick. I didn't have access to my extra vitamins. So, I downed a lot of OJ and luckily that helped to knock out a cold or what ever it was.

I wish it was that easy for me. Frown I suffer from depression, anxiety attacks, and agoraphobia. So my life just sucks all together. I will probably die at a young age or never get better. Or atleast that is the way I feel. Sadwalk

Sorry to hear. Those are things where you can't even say it's something in the food or water. Or it could the lack of something.... but, the doctors will never fess up it to it actually being nutrition related.

For me, they've be just saying it's stress. I can see it to a point. But, I still question it. But, stress does take a toll on the body.

I found recently, that I think just living in Chicago would do me in. The traffic, the costs, the tolls, the amount of people, the taxi drivers and how long it takes to go one mile. I'm actually kinda reluctant to even return. Even though I do hope to go back to visit some things I missed, like the aquarium.

I am so sorry to hear, PC, that you are having a difficult time...do follow through with your physician...it is important that you have some relief with the conditions...it is not fun to feel this way all the time...Comfort
